The best Hyatt Place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was over the top and the service was excellent and I’m not easy to please. The service at Zoom bar was par excellence……they connect with every guest so warmly and are flexible to any request that you make. A Special thanks and Gratitude to Claudio, Priti and Kogul for their wonderful service and hospitality…..they just made everything possible including food preferences for the choices I had. Am very great full to them for all the help they have extended during my stay……Kudos to their Team !!!

What do you expect from an airport hotel? Exactly that: direct and short distances, clean and nice rooms, as quiet as possible. The mini-fridge in the room was empty, but there was plenty of choice at the bar and self-service kiosk down in the lobby. As befits Zurich, extremely expensive: 1 kl. Fl. Beer 11 CHF. The room overall wasn't cheap due to the central location to the airport, which is understandable.The Circle as a shopping center is very large. Cor the hotel are two restaurants.Would I visit this hotel again? Yes, you can certainly do that under the same circumstances and for example for a business meeting and 1-2 nights. Tip: if you have (a lot) of luggage, take a close look at the location and routes to the parking garages beforehand; it can save you the hassle of searching for routes.

Easy walking distance from Zürich airport. Rooms are large and well designed. Particularly noteworty is that we had a great check in provided by , I think her name was Tina. Breakfast was also very good.

I recently had a stressful travel experience, being stranded in Zürich and put up in this hotel by Swiss International Airlines. After such an ordeal, I was prepared for more frustration. However, from the moment I was greeted at the hotel by Alex, I knew things were going to be different. His warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone, and I instantly felt more at ease.Though the meal voucher provided by the airline only covered microwavable boxed food, the penne pasta was surprisingly decent. While it wasn’t the full menu due to my late arrival, Switzerland’s ready-made meals are generally better than most. Had I arrived earlier, I would have been able to try some of the more interesting menu options.I decided to settle in at the lobby bar for a few hours to get some work done, and I have to say, the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. The bar was well-equipped, with plenty of handy chargers, including USB-C ports, which made my stay even more convenient.The real highlight of my visit, though, was the barman Kogul. He was enthusiastic, kind, and very engaging, ensuring everyone’s glasses stayed full and that we all felt taken care of. His service truly elevated my experience and turned what started as a rough situation into a memorable one.While I wish the circumstances of my stay were different, I would not hesitate to return to this hotel. There are many options in Zürich, but it’s the staff, like Alex and Kogul, that make this place stand out. They truly made a difference.

We stayed here the night before our flight out. The rooms are huge and very modern. The bathroom / shower is incredible!The location is ideal and super easy to access the airport for an early morning flight. However, I over paid for the convenience. We left very early and were not able to have breakfast and when I asked the gal said they could give us a coffee. I was surprised they didn't offer anything else for those taking early flights out. There is no doubt if you want a "boojie" experience this is the hotel to stay at, but if you are looking for more economical options check around.

I enjoyed the hotel and its great location, but the service needs improvement. As an airport hotel, 24-hour service should be standard. Informing guests that room service and requests cannot be accommodated after 10 pm due to housekeeping staff finishing their shift is unacceptable and should be addressed to meet guests' needs.

This is my layover hotel whenever I visit Switzerland. Arriving late in Zurich makes Hyatt place a very homey comfy place for my husband and I to stay and get a good night rest before getting ready for our next journey the following day.

The thermostat doesn’t go below 20°C, and my room wouldn’t get colder than 21.5°C. If you read any major, reputable medical journal or medical institution’s website, sleep is recommend at 16-18°C. Go check it out. Would no recommend staying here unless you’re an extremely cold sleeper. I understand why Americans brought AC units to the Olympic Games now, it appears Swiss hotels have the same problem. AVOID!

Stayed just overnight between a flight from Portugal on the way to a Bernina Express train ride and overnight in Turano. Best bed and pillows for the entire 5 week trip. Just wished we could have stayed longer.
