40 minutes to take a room that has been reserved with prepayment. 3 nights at the hotel and 40 minutes to explain that my professional credit card remained in the car but that the credit card used for the reservation can be used. The hotel can take payment for unscheduled breakfasts but the guarantee does not. A dismal welcome and no possibility of having a paper invoice. The electronic invoice should arrive during the day, I have still been waiting for it for 2 weeks. Poor service and why very good room

Friendly staff, rooms of average cleanliness and quality, no room service, breakfast eggs were no longer provided over an hour before the end of breakfast despite requests. Parking 12 euros / 24 hours in the neighboring underground car park. Good location to the city center.

We stayed at this aparthotel for 3 nights. The breakfast was very good and sufficient. The rooms were fine, except for the curtains, which hadn't been washed for a while. However, our friends' chairs were very worn out. They belong in the trash.Not acceptable for a 4 star accommodation. The underground car park is an adventure, dark and narrow and only accessible via two elevators.The good thing was the central location. Everything within walking distance.

I had a good stay but the problem is coming. Part of our deposit was withheld for reasons such as the refrigerator being open but not turned off. However, the badge was not in the terminal, everything was turned off and many other things were charged to us without proof. If you want to go, think carefully and take photos and videos before and after your stay

Very well placed, it’s trueThe room was pretty much clean because sleeping for 2 on 2 90cm beds stuck together honestly it's not great the bed keeps moving apart it's hellThe service is yes and no there are some who say hello to you but there are some who say hello to them they don't even answer youI advise you to anyone who takes a room to find out about the mattresses. I get up with a back pain thanks to the mattress which deviates one thing is certain I will not come back again

A deposit is taken upon check-in, probably for their old shabby furniture. Poor internet connection. Breakfast seems to be included, but when you come for breakfast room there's barely a couple croissants and leftover juice.

Cheap place to stay but our room was getting a bit old. Small kitchenette area (expected) but had a large pillar next to it making it awkward to access. There was only one small cupboard to unpack clothes to, with no wardrobe, which meant living out of your suitcase. Did not check out the swimming pool so can't comment on that. Staff friendly and helpful. Well positioned forthe old town and the railway station, which is why we booked it.

Great for Italian bag carriers:- unsympathetic woman at reception asks what time to have breakfast; Ridiculous parking signs- breakfast with 4 croissants and there were 4 of us; three slices of dark salami; eggs that were not chicken eggs; watered down baclon- room 104; fridge without handle full of ice; bathroom glass that came off; elevator exit with spray on head; car park in the shape of an infernal pit with 5 seconds to access it.- dirty entrance from work in progress -- cleaning lady on the elevator who turns away to say no.Well done to the Management for the management.

We have stayed in several Odalys and this is the only one where we found a lot of rudeness during check in and when checking out they don't even greet you! The check-in receptionist (who should change jobs) also got angry because we didn't inform her that we had an 11 month old girl and dogs (never notified in any Odalys since she sleeps with us) and even though I reiterated to her that the girl was sleeping with us he made us put a cot in the room and paid a supplement. We had to close the cot to be able to turn around in the tiny room. Furthermore, when asked if there was parking he replied in an annoyed manner that it was full because they are public holidays in the whole world! They treat you as if they were doing you a favor and put you in a bad mood.
