Not recommended. Paid way too much. This used to be a nice hotel. But when we found it, speechless with disappointment, it looked like it was falling apart from the outside and the inside. Bathroom with other people's hair looks decayed, calcified, a lot of things have splintered off, handles were loose to hold on to the bathtub, my bathroom looks nicer, got a new room, not a word was spoken to us, didn't look much better, just without other people's hair and if at all Only English spoken, no apology, not a word. And there is no restaurant in the hotel either, it's dead pants. Then the swimming pool smelled so much of chlorine that we didn't dare go in, it was calcified and there was mold on the door/ceiling. And the breakfast was really stunned and loveless and the egg smelled disgusting. I didn't dare eat it, my parents each ate a roll. Then we wanted to get coffee from the coffee machine. He says to my mother in English that she has to take the filter coffee. The coffee machine is not included in the price. Is that a joke or something.So it's a disgrace to take away the license from these people, especially for the price, you should be ashamed!

Not recommended, terrible: the unfriendly owner arrived, the room on the third floor without a lift is understandable for carrying luggage. The dinner the boy had a Margherita pizza was the frozen one. The menu was written on a blackboard before entering the room. Poor service.

The rooms are decent with nice beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was so lovely and welcoming when we walked, we were greeted ever so nicely. And the facilities (including the swimming pool!) are great, the only problem was the downstairs smelt like cigarettes.

The relationship between price and quality is by no means harmonized. Overpriced overnight stay compared to the centrality of the entire facility. The beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom needs renovation. The staff speaks only English. When you buy, for example, a bottle of water, you must save €4. The location is good for a short vacation and continuing the trip. The terraces have a nice view. Free parking is available. The pool is small but functional and can be used during the night. A small fitness studio with 3 exercise machines. The use of the sauna costs €10 for 1 hour of use. Breakfast was fine. Overall: with a little extra investment this could be a perfect place to rest and relax.

We stayed in the Löwen from July 12-15, 24. Room 10. Our impressions have to be posted. First of all, the positive. Swimming pool early every morning. Nice breakfast room with a beautiful view. Breakfast OK. Unfortunately, the room faces the street. Too noisy to be in the To be left open at night. The hotel language in the house is English.(Transit hotel for guests from Asia and the rest of the world) Arrive by coach! Our room was very dusty. The big deal was that there wasn't a single hook in the bathroom for towels, etc. In the 3 days our room wasn't cleaned once or the beds were made. The renovations and improvements were terrible and very unprofessional. E.g. Tiles painted over as if by a child. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the hotel.

I spent a week in the hotel and am very satisfied.I am a motorcyclist and can highly recommend the area.Very friendly staff and good all-round offer.Swimming pool, sauna, billiards, darts and x box for the rainy days.Games room for the little guests is also included.Another big thank you to dear Magdalena ❤️

The building is certainly a bit old, but it has everything for families (including pool, sauna, fitness, games room), and the new operators are very friendly and take excellent care of the guests.

Staff is not friendly - we ask for hot water but staff is not willing to provide the hot water. Would not suggest foreigners who not speak German staying here. Staff will ignore your requests if you appears not local. If you expect good services during your vacation, I would not suggest to come here staying one night.

It's a very nice hotel, with good service. The view is great, the place is also very nice to look at.Unfortunately there is no elevator, but I forgot to check before booking. The swimming pool is medium-sized, unfortunately in my opinion it was a bit too cold in winter, despite taking a cold shower. It was supposed to be 27° but it felt like 25°. It was also a bit dark down there because a lamp was broken.There were few sockets in the room and rather indirect lighting, but there was a balcony and quite a lot of space, which was great.The billiard table was my personal highlight and I find the fact that there is also table tennis, table football and darts very varied👍🎱
