Location, yeah. furniture store, car wash, car dealership, fast food chain etc. around it.Busy street.Is there a nicer atmosphere? That's the same with the hotel. Had his best times.Rooms spacious and also quiet. Has been renovated, except for the bathroom. Underground parking was free.We don't talk about breakfast. Rather thrown together, you had to collect something from every corner. Floor has stuck.Plus point: Staff was very friendly.

The hotel is located between a car wash, IKEA and Burger King. The room is in a condition from the 80s/90s. The mattress and duvets also appear to be from this period. The room is relatively clean. Service is not to be expected.

So an intermediate hotel is fine.However, you should avoid it on weekends.Receptionist nice, but no German knowledge.There is a discotheque right next door, so sleeping was out of the question.You can hear the bass booming from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Okay so far, but the street is very loud and you can't sleep with the window open. It only gets quieter in the morning. Young people ride up and down in rattling, souped-up carts. Elevator door on the 3rd floor broken. Breakfast costs 14€...

Reception service was exceptional, probably the best I've encountered in almost 30 years of travel. Abdul, I don't know what they're paying you, but you should get a raise. You set the standard. THANK YOU. Will definitely be back if in neighbourhood 🙂

When we moved in at 4 p.m. the room wasn't ready. Otherwise everything is ok. as expected. Parking is possible at the hotel which is very helpful. Good location for car, too far to quickly walk to the city center.

Dark room, only two table lamps for entire room. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. and I don't set it up until shortly after 6:30 a.m. I have to leave at 7 a.m. and I don't have much time to drink coffee. As far as breakfast goes, everything is okay. Omelette and various sausages and cheese, fruit, even salmon if you like. Mattress can be better, extremely soft as well as pillows. Around the corner Citizen King who wants “American cuisine” for dinner…

Great hotel for a night, but certainly not more than that. Particularly because of its location. The hotel is located on an industrial estate between Burger King, IKEA and a busy car wash. And it is located on a very busy main road. So very noisy.The rooms are fine and clean and the breakfast is okay.

An hour before arrival at the hotel we received a message via the booking.com app with the codes for the key safe (2x2 pers rooms booked in May), 10 minutes later a new message that our credit card had been refused …

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 days/4 nights. Overall, we would not book this hotel again. At the beginning we were given a room with 2 single beds. We then politely asked reception if there was a room with a double bed available. The receptionist's statement: "I don't know if we even have double beds." If you look at the website of the hotel or the hotel you work in, you know that there are double beds. It was then said that he had to wait for his colleague and that he would then call us about a new room. We reminded him twice. A call never came. When asked how to get to the hotel at night, the answer was: "I don't know, it should always be open downstairs." Spoiler, it wasn't open. We then had to figure out how to get in ourselves.The next day a nice, competent receptionist was there and we easily got a new room with a double bed.The rooms are nevertheless not good. It is unclean (shower curtain stained, under the beds not vacuumed, lamps dirty). The lamp was cracked. In the first room there was no ceiling light at all. The paper towels (tissues) were empty in both rooms.The floor in the dining room is sticky, breakfast doesn't look like the pictures. The scrambled eggs were very watery. Stains caused by the juice machine were not removed for days. Some of the fruit was moldy. Plus point: The coffee machine was very good 👍🏼.Another big negative point for us was the temperature in the room. There is no air conditioning, and even ventilating the room didn't improve the temperature or air. Furthermore, it is difficult to ventilate at night because the hotel is on a busy street. If installing air conditioning is too expensive/inconvenient (which is completely understandable to me), perhaps it would be an idea to put a fan in every room in the summer. It is almost unbearable to stay in the room, especially for people sensitive to heat. That's why we checked out pretty early and preferred to sit in a café for a few hours rather than stay in the hotel room any longer.Overall, the hotel would have good potential if a little more effort was put into it. The location is particularly good, you can walk to the main train station within 10 minutes and the city center in 20 minutes.

Negative points :- Cleanliness: Dirty room, dust and dirt under the bed show neglected cleaning for a year. Glasses placed on a dirty and stained tablecloth.- Bathroom: we look at the mold when showering, light worked 1 time out of 5.- Odor: Room with a strange smell, parking lot with an unbearable smell!!!- Comfort: No air conditioning, impossible to sleep with the window open because of the noise from the neighboring disco and the road. No water, we had to ask for it.Good points :- Decent breakfast (perhaps because we were the first), with fruits (watermelon, melon, apples), cereals, good coffee, cold meats and cheeses; omelette not good at all- Correct bedding and comfortable pillows.- Parking available.But in view of these numerous inconveniences, I do not recommend this hotel.
