My son and his mother went on a short trip to Mannheim from October 22nd to October 23rd. Planetarium and park. Overnight stay at Hotel Luise.Booked via Check 24.Top hotel, great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Ideally centrally located. Very clean and nice rooms.Absolute recommendation.Booking via Check 24 is easy. Everything booked, paid and confirmed in 3 minutes.

Reception super nice and friendly,Unfortunately there were problems with the code on the entrance door, a broken chair in one room, and the bathroom door in the other room couldn't be closed!Breakfast: I was told it was good. But the breakfast is really very simple. The breakfast lady was not professional and unfriendly. When I saw this and said good morning, I told her that we would like to add breakfast. You: "NOW?! AT THIS TIME? HOW MANY PEOPLE?" (In a very nasty tone, it was 8:15am). We're going to have breakfast somewhere else.Despite the nice reception, unfortunately there are only two stars.Location good.

Despite confirmation and payment, they had not counted on our arrival, and there we were at the door with 3 children, including 1 baby. There was also no one in the hotel. With a few phone calls, the hotel allowed us to collect bed linen and towels from several rooms. In the room where we were allowed to sleep, the dirty towels from the previous guests were still there, and there were not enough curtains, so it was just light. We also paid for breakfast, but it was not available.After our overnight stay we contacted the hotel several times, because we at least want the money back for breakfast. It is now almost two months later and we have received several messages and phone calls from our side, but no response from the hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't have a hairdryer in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was fine. Rooms are modern and chicly furnished. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the tram is right in front of the door, which is okay for one night. Walking distance to the train station (approx. 25 minutes). Lots of shops nearby. Breakfast was delicious, everything you could want was there👍🏼

After we closed all the conditions with the hotel, they suddenly decided to raise the price almost twice. When I asked why - they informed me that "just now" the prices had gone up.It's unfair and unprofessional.I really do not recommend a hotel that runs like this.

I booked this hotel solely because of its central location and the attractive pictures. Unfortunately my stay was very disappointing. The code I received for self check-in was incorrect. There were other guests in front of me with the same problem and we couldn't get into the hotel at first. After a phone call we were given a different code to get through the front door.When I finally got to my room, I was again negatively surprised. I had booked and paid for a double room but was given a single room with only a pillow, a blanket and a towel. In addition, the room was not clean; I'm sure the sink wasn't cleaned after the last guest because it was still full of toothpaste.I cannot recommend this hotel and will avoid it in the futureAfter my review I received a message from the hotel insulting me and threatening me with a beating.

Hey :)I was here with my friend to see MannheimThe location was great because we could not only visit Mannheim but also Speyer and HeidelbergSpeyer Cathedral is absolutely fantasticTo the hotel itselfBooking was very easy, just give us the details and the booking is doneIn terms of price, the hotel is absolutely great because it offers a lot for the price. Breakfast and underground parking spacesThe rooms are functionally furnished and friendly. The cleanliness was good and everything worked smoothly.Very special thanks to Sara for the tip about Heidelberg's restaurant, it was the best steak I've eaten in a long time :)The hotel is really impressive and is in a great location. We will definitely come by when we visit the DTM at the Hockenheimring next year.Double room at €99 including breakfast was definitely great value for money

Central location, friendly receptionists and an investor who wants maximum profit and therefore doesn't repair anything.The tram could be heard all night long. There was an information sheet with information about the noises typical of the inner city and that earplugs were available. (Unfortunately that wasn't the case).

In itself a great hotel, it's a shame there was no air conditioning.The rooms are simple and everything is perfectly fine, but I was a bit disgusted when I made a chance discovery last night.My duvet had a brown hole in it, I initially thought it might. Chocolate but upon closer inspection there was a burn mark, someone probably fell asleep with a cigarette or something similar.The room also looked a bit battered, as if someone had thrown a tantrum and dented the walls and doors.The service was very friendly and they probably would have replaced the blanket, but they only noticed it the last night so it didn't matter

The hotel is centrally located. Everything is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are equipped as in the photos. The breakfast buffet is small but nice. There is something for everyone. The breakfast room is comfortably furnished. The staff are consistently very friendly and helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms require renovation. Dust gathers under the bed.The bedrooms are not air-conditioned and are very hot in summer. The loud noise of people talking and walking comes through the door.A big plus is the new TV with Internet connection.The bedroom has a kettle and disposable cups. You can brew coffee in them. Unfortunately, there is no coffee creamer. You can sweeten the coffee, but there is nothing to mix it with. The heat in the bedroom in the summer is unbearable
