No one speaks English at the reception.During 10 days in the room, no one changed the towels, bed linen or basket.When I came to the room, the kitchen utensils were not well washed. I had to wash everything again after the previous guests and I couldn't open the freezer because there was ice everywhere and I had to gradually break pieces of ice with a knife. No one has probably washed the microwave since it was put there, it was completely greasy and I'm not surprised that there isn't even a lid.The room was even hotter than outside and it was over 30 degrees. There was a fan in the room, but it didn't help much, when I wanted to open the window and ventilate, there was a stench because everyone was smoking under my window. Wi-fi was a disaster, dropping out every 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, even one star is still too many.Unfortunately not recommended at all. Ants in the room, one of which even made it into the bed. The furnishings are partly broken, the entrance lamp is broken, so you can't find the castle in the dark. We (unfortunately) booked four nights and there was no vacuuming or wiping of any counters during the entire time. When we arrived we had to remove adhesive edges from the table in the room. At least the beds were made and the garbage was removed on two days. Towels were changed twice. No care products availableThe fridge was good and so were the beds.We won't be back and can't recommend it.

When moving into the room:Siffy and dirty bathroom. Dirty microwave, dirty cutlery, no smoke detectors, broken sockets. TV has little to no reception.

I have to share my negative impressions about this accommodation. It was one of the worst travel experiences I've had.First, the service staff was arrogant and disrespectful. From the very beginning I felt that we were not welcome and there was no desire to help us or ask how we could enjoy our stay.To make matters worse, when we got to the reception desk, we were extremely embarrassed when the employee obviously demanded all of our personal documents, including those of a 5-year-old child. This attitude caused surprise and mistrust of this institution.But that's not all - although we had already made the payment through the Booking platform, the service person suddenly started demanding additional payments. He inadequately stated that the payment we had already made was significantly less than it should have been and that we needed to add more money to stay. Such behavior is unacceptable and distorts the trust of customers in this institution.Indeed, this establishment seems to be full of scammers and I strongly recommend all travelers to avoid it. This is definitely not a place I would return to and I advise all travelers to avoid this place and its staff. We need to look for another, more reliable and better rated accommodation to avoid unnecessary problems and inconveniences in our trip.

Interesting exterior facade, rooms clean and well-kept, although with furnishings from the (approx.) 80s.We booked an overnight stay with breakfast, but were then informed on site that breakfast had not been offered for years.2 separate bookings with 2 names would be managed under the same name (but this was not known to a room).

Easy to drive to and good parking spaces. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned but clean and with a good bed. Breakfast was okay but not special. This also applies to the coffee. Good place for a short stop on the way south.

A cozy apartment accommodation near Neu-Edingen. The room was very spacious including a bedroom and living area with a kitchenette and even a small sauna in the bathroom. What should be highlighted is the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the hosts. The ambience is a bit old-fashioned, but by no means “cheap” and not disturbing either. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning. We were still satisfied overall.
