Unfortunately I can only rate the hotel's operation as we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and left again on a Thursday. The restaurant is closed on Tuesday afternoons and closed on Wednesdays. The rooms are small but sufficient for 2 people and make a clean impression at first glance, which becomes apparent on closer inspection. Unfortunately, the mattresses were so worn out that after a few minutes you could feel the slatted frame underneath. The suction system in the toilet makes such a noise that it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast is clear but is served at the table and special requests are fulfilled, which balances out the room situation somewhat.All in all, the price-performance ratio is not entirely balanced, although it is cheap.

Here you can still get really good, high-quality handcrafted food, and the restaurant team was also highly committed and very friendly. We had a wonderful time at Blautanne and look forward to our next visit.

Breakfast outdoors 👍 fixed breakfast menu. Good composition, price/performance ratio fits. Good courteous service great atmosphere. Coming back for dinner too.☺️

Very simple, small rooms. Everything is very old and a bit “old fashioned” but still clean.The beer garden is very nice, the service is good. Breakfast was also very good.What bothered me personally was the smell from the kitchen (probably grease) that permeates the entire house.

I can't rate the room. Service nice. Wheat beer only received warm despite a complaint. I had imagined the food to be better, but it was good but not something I would necessarily want to go back to. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired.I've heard and read a lot about the blue fir, but the reality was sobering and disappointing.

Unfortunately, no one really knew that we were coming, even though the double room was pre-booked. The same with breakfast. The very nice service had only covered for one person. She still saved the situation. Thanks. The room had old furniture, the windows weren't tight, the blind box was broken and the sliding door to the toilet/shower couldn't be closed. Sliding mechanism defective. The room was very noisy but clean. The bicycles could be stored in a shed. The football game could be watched on the room's TV.

Great hotel as a stopover on holiday to Austria, for example. Excellent restaurant. Customized breakfast. Good price/quality ratio. Recommended.

Well, what can you say? I checked in. The room is ok - after improvements. But the music is raging. Noise pollution! I called and asked. There is supposedly a concession until midnight. It probably didn't matter that there were regulations regarding quiet in the hotel. Police cannot be reached here at this time. Practical. I'll be leaving again tomorrow. Not - not at all - recommended as a hotel. The restaurant may be good. The hotel operation is not working at all.

Here is also a comment from the group of 10 at the birthday party:We have now been to Blautanne several times for various meals.Especially when we go in a larger group, our order usually takes longer.But it's not the service staff's responsibility, it's ours.We actually always change things from the menu, order additional things or certain extras.One reason why it took a little longer:Due to various allergies, the fruit salad is not prepared according to the menu every time or the vegetable sticks are changed.Some of the eggs with bacon, others without. With tomatoes/feta or not.Extras are always taken into account and the drinks are also delivered relatively promptly. If 6/10 people order their eggs in a different way, this will always be recorded correctly.Without begging.With a table of 10 and 3-4 other tables with at least 2-4 people, I wouldn't describe the restaurant as "empty".

Comment on the review by Tanja Goetz:I was one of the 10 people at the next table and invited my family to breakfast for my birthday and I would like to clarify a few things! We had a great breakfast without waiting! We were greeted warmly, the tables were beautifully set and our orders were taken immediately. Our wish for champagne and water to come before coffee was immediately fulfilled and we ALL had something to drink. There were 10 of us, each with a different breakfast and we were ALL able to eat breakfast together. It goes without saying that I can't get breakfast (which is prepared with love and freshly prepared) within 5 minutes - after all, you're in a restaurant and not a fast food joint.Even changes to individual items on the breakfast menu, or if you want to order something else - no problem - without begging, you just have to say clearly what you want. The Blautanne team always tries to make everything possible.Conclusion: We always enjoy going to Blautanne, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Friendly team, delicious food, great service.I find it impossible for the lady to judge the service at another table in such a way that she can't judge at all.To the Blautannen team: THANK YOU - it was a great birthday breakfast and all my guests liked it and enjoyed it :-)

Rooms very simple but clean.The smell of grease throughout the house is unpleasant.Unfortunately very noisy from room to room and directly on the street.When it comes to breakfast, as a hotel guest you have to beg for every detail, so it's no fun to spend your weekend. (Not everyone lives on a sausage platter alone in the morning)At the neighboring table with 10 people, it took 20 minutes to order breakfast.After another 15 minutes, not everyone has had their drink, even though the restaurant is empty.People make life unnecessarily difficult here.The service only offers the bare essentials.Customer service and hospitality is different.Never again for us.Too bad.

We've eaten at your place a few times. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rooms. Breakfast is super great, especially if you can sit outside. Dinner was also very tasty. Service has always been top. Very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to come back
