The hotel equipment is a bit old, but the service staff is friendly. There is a large comprehensive supermarket Kaufland at the corner of the hotel. In addition to the supermarket, there are also some restaurants, mobile phone accessories stores, shoes, clothes, etc. The service staff said that tomorrow is Sunday and all nearby stores are closed. The meeting is open, I suggest we also buy breakfast. There is also a very large Asian Food City. If you miss Asian food, you can go there. We ordered roast duck, fried rice noodles, fried vegetables, and sweet and sour pork. They were all delicious. Highly recommend. There is a station a little further away. If you want to go to Heidelberg Castle, it is best to take a bus, otherwise you will waste time looking for a parking space and pay high parking fees.

Full marks because I can't complain about anything. It was incredibly hot when I was there in Heidelberg, probably eighty degrees, and luckily there was a big fan in the room, without which survival would not have been possible.The small hotel, more of a guesthouse, is located right next to a Kaufland store in Heidelberg's industrial area.Parking, free of charge, right in front of the door, very practical if you have luggage to lug around.Stocked minibar with water and beer at reasonable prices.Coffee and tea for free, a kettle is available.Everything is clean, the shower is great and the beds are fine.Extremely nice cleaning lady who also does the check-in or was surprised to have to do it.Maybe the price of over 70 euros is a bit high, but supply and demand regulate that.Thanks for the overnight stay.

Location was great for us it's on an industrial estate we got on tram 23 which took us straight into heidelberg as we didn't want to have to drive into centre the room was clean and bright comfy beds good shower had a fan only fault was it was very hot when we stayed and air conditioning would have been very welcome

Good hotel in Heidelberg. The check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated and the whole stay was very pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, beds are comfortable. However, the airconditioning was broken when we were there and the room was very hot, even with they fan that they provided. The location is a bit far from the city but well connected. There are some shops and markets around.

Hotel close to public transport and a shopping centre. Room with everything you need, only the hairdryer was missing. Very kind receptionist, too bad he didn't speak Italian and little English, but we understood each other.

We arrived near midnight, and we found out that there was only one motor at the hotel parking area. It was so dark and scary, I hardly felt in sleep the whole night. While the hotel was tidy and clean. They also provided water cooker, coffee and tea. Maybe during working days or high seasons. One will not encounter our situation.

Our go-to hotel in Heidelberg!Homely, cozy, cheap, located outside but very easily connected, shopping and parking nearby, minibar available and tea included. Payment and booking uncomplicated. The furnishings are a bit old fashioned and unfortunately there is no option to book breakfast, but as I said: with the shops next door that's actually not a problem.

Despite the threat of a ban on accommodation on September 21st. booked DB trip including bike, 2 people - so accommodating, friendly welcome from "Daniela" - as if we had been allowed to arrive as a family! Coffee/tea included, fridge useful. Slept well. Arrived at midday by bike (rack in the yard) from HD Hbf after about 6km.Offers, booking confirmations via booking.com ditto excellent!

Hassle-free check-in with code for key box.Rooms simple but comfortable and above all clean and value for money is absolutely right here. Very friendly and helpful receptionist.There is a stop within walking distance from where you can quickly get to the center.Only the immediate surroundings are not necessarily pretty and the hotel is rather inconspicuous.I would still book again at any time and can recommend the hotel for the simple tourist with a small budget.

You get what you would expect here for the low price. A clean room with well-functioning WiFi, friendly staff and plenty of free parking spaces in front of the door.Unfortunately, if you sleep with the window open, you will often be woken up by the noise of the shipping company on the opposite side of the street.
