Very nice, clean room with a nice, slightly cool swimming pool 😂. The breakfast in the morning is very good. Fruit bath pancakes are all you need.

Great location, close to everything and a shop just opposite the hotel. Staff were amazing and lovely, very kind. Rooms were tidy, clean, beds were also comfy with 2 pillows. Balcony view was also nice.As the hotel is so close to monkey forest many monkeys come chill around the hotel. Definitely keep your balcony doors locked at all times if your inside as one genuinley tried opening our door🤣. Don’t leave bottles or food on balcony as they will take it🤣🤣. Amazing experience non the less though and very surreal to see the monkeys so close. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The wifi was also very fast . Lovely hotel

Cute little hotel at the end of a dead end. So calm. Not far from the hustle and bustle of Ubud city center and yet all you hear is the frogs. A haven of peace to rest. Very good value for money. If you do not have breakfast in the hotel it is possible to have lunch in the street next door.

Certainly one of the best accommodations I have had in all of Bali! The room is super modern, the bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is clean. It really feels like home, it’s very pleasant.In addition to that, it is very well located, in an elevated area of the center of Ubud which remains very quickly accessible. The accommodation is at the end of a street, far from the road. The only noises we hear are insects from the lush jungle that surrounds the accommodation.The icing on the cake: the staff are very helpful, although English is not their strong point for some. We still get through it!I will come back for sure. Thank you Umala at Bisma 🥰🙏

It's very nice from the outside. Unfortunately the cleanliness is not the best, but the guys are so kind and helpful... the breakfast is really great

After checking out heaps of other places in Ubud that all smelled like mold, we stumbled upon this place. What a pleasant surprise! The room was on the top floor with amazing views and beautiful light coming in all day. We had monkeys come visit, which were always fun to watch and the staff were all absolutely amazing and super kind! They offered cleaning every day, changed our towels and brought us water and were super helpful with anything we asked them about.A few ants here and there but nothing you wouldn’t expect in Bali.Will definitely come back here next time we’re in Ubud!

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything you may need but tucked away enough to not be too noisy. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. One downfall was that the rooms were not cleaned often enough, our bins were overflowing which made our room smelly and we needed new towels, bath mats, complementary waters to brush our teeth and toilet paper more often. Our bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang towels either to let them dry.The rooms were small but comfortable and the aircon was brilliant. The showers were very nice too with great pressure. The bathroom did often have ants/ bugs but I think this is due to being in the middle of the jungle.The pool was very refreshing and despite being small there was never too many people there.The laundry service was convenient and meant we didn’t have to worry about taking our laundry elsewhere.You will often see monkeys on your balcony so don’t leave your door open or stuff on the balcony!Overall it was an enjoyable stay that just needed a few improvements :)

We stayed 2 nights at room no.1 on the top floor. The view is nice and room is comfortable and clean, except the toilet has a bit of the sewage smell so I actually burnt an incense in it which helps. The smell will get really strong at night and in the morning. Other than that, room is nice, staff are friendly and good location.One staff took my passport to photocopy during check-in, but forgot to return it to me and me too, also didn't notice that until this morning, staff returned it back to me. I hope nobody entered into the office the night before, I remember seeing staff inside, hope all is good.Really worrying when your passport sat in the office for one full night with no security.

We had a very nice room on the top floor. These rooms are definitely nicer than those on the lower floors.The pool is clean and inviting. The breakfast is delicious and the selection is extensive (fruit juice, fruit plate or yoghurt with fruit / various eggs or pancakes / toast with butter and jam / coffee, tea or cocoa).The location is good. It's relatively quiet. Restaurants are within walking distance and shops are 5 minutes away.Price-performance was very good for us (January).

The hotel is located in an alley on Jalan Bisma Ubud, but is quite comfortable because it is protected from the noise of motorized vehicles. The bed is quite comfortable with sufficient amenities. Good service with helpful and polite hotel staff. I booked a room without breakfast but it was quite easy to find restaurants and cafes around this hotel. Worth the price

The place is good, the location is close to the monkey forest. In the afternoon you will see lots of monkeys joking around in the room. The place is nice. The place is comfortable. The service is good and the staff are friendly.
