In the last 3 months we have stayed at 16 different hotels in this price range. This is by far the worst. Dirty bed linen, we found the bed linen with i.a. a major stain when we asked if they could fix this it was done without an apology - smells like a barn - the room is damp - the door has to be locked with a padlock - generally dirty - the pictures lie. We were supposed to stay there for 5 nights but gave up after 3. NOT recommended.

The staff here is really kind. I came here after missing two accommodations (even I had made bookings), and they prepared my room immediately before noon. For the price, it’s location is good, a room is spacious and equipped with sufficient facilities. Terrace seating for each rooms, shower with hot water. The view is beautiful and there is a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast is not served but they have a food menu at their diner. One thing to note that the wooden door is traditional Balinese style, so its not tight (it’s beautiful though!). You can hear all the talks of others, live musics and noises. Also don’t put any foods and candies around because there’s ants everywhere, put them in the fridge!

They don't clean or change bedsheets. Cockroaches and ants. Mould. Hair and rubbish from previous customers. Grime and dirt. Had to cancel on the spot. REVOLTING.

Good location.The room is spacious, so you can easily put your things in it.I noticed that they didn't change the sheets. They smell bad. Even after spraying, the smell didn't go away.There's never any toilet paper. I had to ask them to put some back.I don't recommend

Good place in Ubud, with a swimming pool in front of the door.You can order food at the reception, it's ok and very cheap.The wi-fi wasn't working.The bathroom is not so good like the bedroomQuite location, I spent there 7 nights.Good place, but there is something to improve

The bathrooms are dirty, the people staying there come drunk to jump into the pool AT 3 am, no one does anything, there is no staff, the phone doesn't work, no one answers, the rooms smell horrible, DISAPPOINTING.

This is quiet horror. We arrived at 4 in the morning and there was no energy to sort things out, out of 6 nights we only spent the night somehow, only 2 of them were returned to us in a day and a half. We lost about 6 thousand rubles. But thank God they escaped from there and at least got some money back. The only plus of this home is the center of Ubud. That's all. We were placed in a dark, damp kennel on the 1st floor. The stench is terrible, the mold is musty. The furniture is insanely old. The pastel was very wet. The towel smelled very strongly. For comparison, we rented a bungalow nearby, also on the 1st floor, but there was no such problem with the stench of dampness and mold. This Pering Bungalow needs to be either very well renovated or demolished and rebuilt. Photos do not correspond to reality. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. By the way, I forgot to mention. A night in this house cost us 1,500 rubles. There are no words.

It's clean, reasonably priced, and has a swimming pool. I made a reservation for one day and stayed for 3 more days before leaving~But the wifi doesn't work well in the bedroom.
