Nice location in Ubud along the busy center road. The courtyard is also very beautiful. That said: terrible homestay, don't go here! The rooms are moldy and dirty. Upon arrival, our sheets turned out to have blood stains. The staff gave us new sheets, but they also had blood stains in them. The next day there were bed bugs in the room, so we had to urgently wash our suitcases and clothes. We had paid in advance, but this homestay was so dirty and unsafe that we left in a hurry and checked in somewhere else. 0/5 stars.

Awful ! Dirt with mold on walls, you can't breathe!! Cockroaches, bed bugs. We were 10 family members and we paid for 5 rooms, only 1 was slightly acceptable. Irresponsible and lack of seriousness of the service.

The owner is extremely unpleasant. I made the reservation through Booking, and since the place was already full, he told me to cancel it myself. He said if I didn't take care of the cancellation, I would have to sleep on the street. I do not recommend this place. Do not stay here.
