It was really pleasant, especially if you like to absorb and absorb energy intensively for a short time.✅Large selection of options➡️Whether buffet for breakfast or dinner in the evening➡️ Requests and preferences are taken into account.⭐Wellness areas➡️Sport, swimming and sauna are all possible and very well maintained. I was able to enjoy it very much.⭐Friendly staff who have a smile for every guest during their stay.⭐Very helpful and accommodating⭐Very personable and solution-oriented⭐I personally really liked the almost limitless effort when guests bring up little things that they noticed. Wishes are implemented promptly✅ For me, the short time at the Hotel Allblick was very beneficial for my regeneration, so that I can run my company again strengthened and full of energy and motivation.P.s. I think I haven't spent enough time with you...I haven't seen and experienced everything yet...because there are always surprises. And I love your sauna area.ℹ️An idea of mine that I haven't noticed with you yet. Supplements to increase vitality and promote detoxification would be great. I booked the “all-round beautiful” package. The facial treatment was good, as were the various packs on the floating bed. On the other hand, manicure and pedicure are not recommended, not professional. The food was ok, but nothing more. What I complain about at breakfast: there are neither omelettes nor fried eggs. only available at an additional cost. very petty, not appropriate for a so-called 4 star plus hotel.

Noticed negatively:- Offering only 1 day of sports courses for 3 nights in an advertised sports hotel is really sad. Only upon request was a single additional course offered on Friday. I wasn't even told that I could have used the gym to do yoga, even though I asked the reception twice whether yoga courses were offered. The sports schedule is also not published in advance, so you could plan your arrival and departure afterwards. According to regular guest information, sports courses on holiday days and Sundays have also been discontinued. Sorry, but weekends and public holidays are the peak times for leisure activities, for which higher prices are charged. So it's a complete mystery to me how this can be justified.- On Friday (my departure day) I forgot to turn on the sauna. At half past 11, the sauna was not yet accessible to guests who had already checked out, and for everyone else it was not usable until 11.- A shower tap in the sauna area was/is broken. Even after repeated comments from guests, the shower was not closed or a sign not to be used was put up. Once hot (!) water ran for at least 2.5 hours straight because no one could turn off the tap.- Due to a high step in front of the same shower and slippery slabs in the shower area of the sauna, at least two guests fell in front of the shower during my stay. One of them probably tore her cruciate ligament. There was no reaction from the hotel staff. Please be sure to attach anti-slip coating/mats and handles! In my heavily pregnant state, a fall could have ended badly...- The evening menu on Thursday was underwhelming. The beetroot ragout had something like canned beetroot thickened with roux, and there was no filling side dish apart from bread at the buffet. It wasn't worth 30€, I would have eaten much better a la carte. Apart from the buffet days, I would also prefer eating a la carte over menu selection. The other days the selection and food was okay.- The coffee machine makes okay coffee. There could definitely be something of higher quality. Unfortunately, the coffee was always only lukewarm, so you didn't have to enjoy it for breakfast, but rather drank it straight away if you don't like unintentionally cold coffee- the only sustainable water dispenser is in the sauna area. The faucets in the hotel are all unsuitable for drinking water from the tap. Of course, it could also be a strategy to boost beverage sales. However, the spritzer in the restaurant didn't convince me at all in terms of taste. It looked like it had juice in it, but it only tasted like water.- As a vegetarian, the dinner selection isn't that great. There is a vegetarian dish (=no selection) or a selection of side dishes at the buffet.- Accessibility by public transport is very poorly marked. Stops not entered in Google and hotel staff give directions incorrectly. There are no directions to the stop.- the dishes were not labeled with allergens.- Staff were unable to say which cake might contain raw eggs or alcohol. No effort was made to find out- The building is not barrier-free. Funny, as a wellness hotel there were a lot of older customers- Elevator in the new building was brokenOther impression:- Black Forest room is a bit old, but clean and spacious.- Breakfast buffet is very extensive, with little inattention (once the pancakes were rock hard, in the morning the fruit salad was slightly fermented)Positive:- the evening buffet on Tuesday is fantastic

We were there in September 2024 and loved it. The hotel is located on a slope on the edge of the village with the best view of the Black Forest. There is absolute peace there. You can't do much without a car, but there are plenty of parking spaces. A very good starting point for hikes and bike tours. We had room 63, a double room "Black Forest" which consisted of two bedrooms, a large living room and bathroom. Cozy, rustic furnishings with two balconies because it was a corner room. All windows had external blinds, the double bed was good. The bathroom was small, but had a shower measuring 100x80 cm, was modern and clean and the hot water was available immediately without waiting. Our room was absolutely dead quiet; We heard nothing from the hallway and nothing from the neighbors next door or above. The room was cleaned daily and there were fresh towels every day, whether you wanted them or not. Even towels that weren't on the floor were changed - unfortunately that's not ecological. The staff was absolutely great - friendly, helpful, gave tips for things to do and always had a smile for the guests. This applies not only to the service staff in the restaurant, but especially to the chambermaids, who did a really good job.At breakfast the daily program and the plan for dinner were laid out. Soup, salad buffet and starter buffet were freely available; You could choose the main course from four dishes and one of two desserts. There was a buffet dinner twice a week. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired; it was very extensive and was constantly being refilled. The coffee came from the machine but was good. It was nice that there were two coffee machines and therefore only short queues. There was also a gigantic selection of tea there. The dinner was very extensive, tasty and there was something for everyone. The sauna was stylishly furnished and had saunas at 85°C and 60°C, a salt cave, an aromatic steam bath, an ice machine and a drinks station. Unfortunately there was no possibility to go outside. The ventilation did its best, but it just couldn't cope with the hot and humid air, so it was a bit stuffy in there. But that's "complaining at a high level." We didn't use the indoor and outdoor pool, the fitness department or the massages.

If we could we would have given 6 stars. Such a beautiful gem in the middle of the Black Forest. I was here with my daughter for a short trip. We spent two nights in a spacious wellness residence room. From arrival to check out everyone was always friendly and helpful. There was a welcome drink to welcome you and if the child didn't like the main course, a portion of fries was served! The pool area is also very nicely decorated. We didn't take advantage of massages or a sauna due to the age of my daughter (10), but the selection was very extensive.Next time we'll stay longer! Two nights were almost too short to be able to enjoy everything.By the way, the food was amazing! With the HP or VP you could choose between 4 main courses. Well, I can't understand the negative reviews here at all! Don't let it influence you, just come here and enjoy!
