Unfortunately a disappointment. Was there 4 nights. I expected a modern holiday hotel. Found a worker and trucker accommodation. Located in the industrial district, near the noisy highway. Credit cards are not allowed, I had to pay in cash, which for me is dubious these days and suggests black money/money laundering.Restaurant NOT available. An empty, uninviting room (hardly any guests, no wonder?) without a menu is not a restaurant. Two types of frozen pizzas would be available or a foreign standard menu, which I didn't trust because of the staff who hardly spoke German. Bed very old, uncomfortable and small (195x90 cm). Shower fittings defective. Parking for my small motorcycle in an oversized, almost empty parking lot cost extra. Foreign workers from Eastern Europe who speak the language of the staff are in better hands than holiday guests. They also have hardly any demands. You could tell from the breakfast buffet that everything was bought cheaply if possible. Not very inviting. Filter coffee from the thermos.The only highlight: the air conditioning unit, which was loud but worked, and the friendly ladies who made an effort.

We stayed at the Hotel Kick in September this year.The rooms are large and clean.We slept very well in the beds.The breakfast was very tasty (thanks Luca for the delicious scrambled eggs). Luca always filled up straight away. He is very friendly, as are the other staff.Many thanks also to the boss.We'll be back.

It's a shame that the receptionist couldn't speak German and I had to move on... Unfortunately, she didn't understand that I wasn't on the list and spontaneously wanted a room... even repeating it several times didn't help 🥴🫣🥴

Top price - performance ratio!!!Many 4/5* hotels can pack a punch.Everything was very clean. Helpful, great staff... The hotel has everything you need. The breakfast buffet includes much more than expected! Actually everything - on a small scale. Now I just need another reason to stay overnight in the Hockenheim area. Here's to it again! And stays that way.PS: I was no longer used to the 90cm wide bed ;-)

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Kick in Rauenberg and can only report positive things. This small but fine hotel impresses with its charming character and a warm, inviting atmosphere.I would particularly like to highlight the employees: They are extremely friendly and always ready to respond to the wishes and needs of the guests. Whether it was recommendations for nearby restaurants or specific room requirements, the staff was always helpful and responded promptly and professionally.The rooms are cozy and very clean, and it's obvious that a lot of attention is paid to details to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. Breakfast is also a highlight - there is a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes that leave nothing to be desired.All in all, I can only warmly recommend Hotel Kick. Anyone looking for a homely and well-run hotel will not be disappointed here. A big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful stay!--

I was passing through and stopped here.Had a nice single room under the attic, clean bathroom, fly screens on the window and there would also have been air conditioning. Refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer - I was surprised at so much equipment for the price.Breakfast had a bit of everything.Employees and boss very friendly..I'd love to come back next time I go north!

Nice hotel. Good welcome despite not having reserved the room before. Clean and pleasant room. Very decent continental breakfast. Paid parking: €10 for the night.Not all the staff speak English but always make an effort with a smile.

We felt very comfortable with you. Rooms very clean, food very tasty, breakfast plentiful and something for everyone. Very special thanks go to the nice Italian for his service. Everything was just perfect. Any time! You also have everything around it, dm, rewe, Mc Donald, etc. Simply perfect.

We booked a three-bed room for friends (2 adults, 1 child - passing through) in the summer and checked in and paid for the guests in advance. Everything went smoothly. The room was very clean, big enough and air conditioned. There were enough free parking spaces. The breakfast wasn't sensational, but good for the price. The direct proximity to the motorway junction is an advantage. A burger restaurant and various supermarkets are within walking distance. All in all, a positive surprise with a very good price-performance ratio. The only negative point was that no one at the reception spoke German well, they specialize here primarily in Eastern European guests. When we checked in, we were put in touch with a German-speaking colleague outside the office and were able to clear up any remaining ambiguities.
