A very beautiful, restored half-timbered house from the 17th century. Accordingly, steep, crooked stairs and low ceilings. But it's all on the website. But enough for us for one night. Everything very clean. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, the boss offered us a mobile air conditioning unit if it was too warm.The hotel was originally fully booked (short-term request), then I was contacted again by the hotel management that a double room had been canceled and whether I was still interested. I really enjoyed that. In general, the boss was very friendly and warm, I don't understand the reviews from other guests, the boss would be unfriendly.Dear Ms. Breskic, we felt very comfortable, even at breakfast. Please keep it up, maybe see you next year ❤️.

A beautiful, listed, small hotel right on the market square. The rooms are furnished with a lot of love. The breakfast is small but nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. If you want to climb the crookedest staircase of all hotels, you should book a room here. Any time!

A beautiful half-timbered house. The employees are friendly. The breakfast is also very tasty. The location is perfect because you're right in town and can walk to almost every store.

Arrived there at around 4 p.m. after a long hike and were rudely turned away at the door. Now it's company holidays. When I pointed out that I had already booked the room 6 months ago via a large booking portal, the lady simply said that everyone makes mistakes and that they must have overlooked it. Unfortunately, there are no employees left now. Instead of helping us find a room, she just said we should try the Goldener Hirsch. It's around the corner and "they usually have something else." He spoke and locked the door... We only got a room thanks to the help of the Hotel Lamm. Without words

Please avoid this hotel! After trying for a long time to reach the Hotel Schwanen, I had to go ahead and speak to a disinterested receptionist. She was probably more interested in preparing the evening bar business than accepting new hotel guests. Well, I had to go past the goats in the courtyard to park my car. You can imagine the smell. Madam, shoes messed up!!! RUDE!!! Then you have to wait again until you finally get service. In this country you pay with euros, while others pay with rubles. Where did I end up here? No receipt when paying. I had to vehemently insist on a receipt! Absolute disaster! not to think about energy saving measures. Facility bad. Service bad. Price-performance ratio is bad despite the ruble. Everything is bad. It's a shame that I have to give one star.

Unavailable by phone. No receipt at Barzalung. The shower"It's a slightly defective plastic housing that has been put there. It's not suitable for the disabled, which means there's no room for families/strollers. There's definitely no room for children either. The beds are a disaster, they can't stand anything, they're extremely uncomfortable and they're simply cheap. I have never slept so badly in my life. In addition, baked rolls were offered at breakfast and they were also expired. Now here comes the TV only has one program. The walls are completely white included. Cupboard doors and showering are also extremely uncomfortable and there is not a single plant in the whole building. Not recommended. The only good thing about this "hotel" is its location.

We booked the hotel for one night because we wanted to go to a concert. It was said that arrival would be possible between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., but when we arrived at 4 p.m. there was no one to be found and the hotel was closed. We tried several times to reach someone at the number given on the door without success. After three quarters of an hour we went to a neighboring hotel!!! Never again and to this day no one has called backI work in a travel agency myself but I've never had anything like this before

I have to give it 5. Even if something didn't fit here and there, the overall impression is nice. The stairs are narrow, the rooms are flat, the shower is small... but the house has history and must have these corners and edges. The landlady directly, but that was OK too. Because we're the same, it fit. The location in the heart of the city, great. The only thing that was annoying was the noise from city employees' leaf blowers and sweepers. Thanks for the nice time....
