Room:How cool can a hotel room be?😍 Absolutely brilliant themed rooms. We were absolutely thrilled. Greatly designed rooms with great highlights, everything is well implemented down to the last detail. (Room Malolo) Open the door - pure holiday feeling. Simply super brilliant and can only be recommended. The bed was a bit wobbly 🙃Location:Right in the city! Everything within walking distance.Parking:Parking garage 11 directly at the hotel.Service: We had a great receptionist who was absolutely personable and polite.Breakfast: rather small, but it was enough to fill you up.Vicinity:Lots of things in both directions, including unusual shops, restaurants, some even open on Sundays. The castle, the bridge can all be reached quickly on foot. There was still a market on Sundays. (October)

The hotel is located in the middle of the busy pedestrian zone in the old town. We always enjoyed the peace and quiet in the Amsterdam room - no noise from outside. The room is a bit old and the bathroom is very old. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. On the last day we ate downstairs in the tavern, the Wiener Schnitzel was great. The only thing worth noting is the cleanliness in the hallways, stairs and, above all, the toilet down in the bar. Unfortunately I think this is unreasonable. The breakfast buffet is very simple. We wouldn't book it again.Otherwise we are very satisfied - but next time we would choose a different room because we saw that the other rooms look much nicer. The location was just more than perfect! Gladly again.

Perfect location in the old town. Each room is individually furnished according to a city/country with attention to detail. We were in Vienna, our friends in Rome and Tokyo.Small tables at the front facing the street, a nice beer garden at the back, and a rustic pub inside.Reception very friendly and helpful. Heart, what do you want more

Very centrally located hotel in Heidelberg. Right in the middle of the action and short distances to many of Heidelberg's sights. Rooms are themed and are certainly a highlight of the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special compared to other hotels. The food in the in-house restaurant was good.Definitely a recommendation for a city trip.

The different rooms are a highlight!!The staff is super nice and helpful!!!However, the cleanliness really leaves a lot to be desired, not in the room but everything around it, it's better not to look at the corners. The toilet in the entrance looked horrible in the morning. It's a shame, because it's actually the perfect place to explore Heidelberg

The location is perfect for exploring Heidelberg and for taking short breaks in the hotel room every now and then. The staff is also super friendly and the restaurant offers really good value for money. Unfortunately, I only give it three stars because my overnight stay was anything but relaxing. The windows are insulated, but the strong noise from the street still makes it into the room at night, especially since there is a nightclub below the hotel whose visitors do more than just liven up the street when they leave. All I can say about the room itself is that it can get very warm in the summer as there is only a small freestanding air conditioner available and cleanliness is actually a problem, it's nothing to be disgusted by but our room was very dusty and also in the bathroom there were more black joints than white joints. Hire one more cleaner, have a craftsman replace the joints and the problem is solved.

Great hotel, friendly staff and brilliantly located. A few small things could be repaired in the rooms, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Next time you visit Heidelberg, I'd be happy to do it again :)
