It was an incredibly wonderful time! Incredibly familiar and warm. The food is always excellent. The staff was so kind and competent. Everything very clean. I am full of praise. My dog was happy too. We'll be back.🤗

The booking in writing worked well in advance. Short vacation from Friday to Monday.A phone call with the boss shortly before arrival didn't go so well(Friendliness left a lot to be desired). The lady must have had a bad day...The staff (service + chef), on the other hand, were very accommodating and friendly.The food was excellent for a 3 star hotel (half board). Room clean. Hotel good, central location... Everything worked out when we left.

3 stars for 3 star hotel. Great location, clean, good shower, no air conditioning, so a bit warm at 30 degrees. Somewhat outdated key system, so you receive 2 keys, 1 for the front door and 1 for the room door. Breakfast fine and friendliness good. Perhaps a bit outdated, but it also has mainly older visitors.

We were there for 3 nights at Easter 2024 and had the program -“Thernen - Tannen -Enjoyment”/ the treetop experience including half board,Visit to the treetop path with a cable car ride, visit to the Wildline suspension bridge, bathing fun in the Vital Therme. It was all a lovely experience.When we arrived we were greeted very friendly by the Roller family.The room was a nice size, very clean and quiet as it faced the back.There was a large balcony, which unfortunately we couldn't use yet due to the weather.Half board was available in the evening. You could choose from 3 dishes. You could get salad from the buffet. Then starter soup, main course and dessert.The food was all very tasty, nicely prepared and sufficient.Big compliments to the kitchen.The breakfast buffet was also plentiful and had everything you would like to eat.The service staff and chambermaids were all very friendly and accommodating. It was only a short walk into town. The thermal baths are also diagonally across the street.The spa garden is particularly beautiful, where you can walk. There is a barefoot path and a Kneipp pool. Also nice hiking trails.Ice cream cafe right next to the spa garden is highly recommended. Unfortunately you can no longer upload images.We definitely recommend the hotel and will come back.

Friendly service, both at reception and at the well-stocked breakfast buffet. Quiet location on the mountain is no problem for experienced guests, as the city center can be reached quickly via stairs. For less sporty guests, we recommend the path via the spa park, which is longer but more beautiful and shady. Parking spaces limited. Hotel consistently clean and well maintained, comfortable beds and nice balconies. Bathroom equipped with everything you need. Good stay, half board would be possible, also gluten-free or other diets. Billiards and table football available.

Very nice hotel, quietly located but not out of the way. In just a few minutes you can walk to the spa park, the summer mountain railway or the city. Grocery stores are also within walking distance. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean.

First of all I would like to say that the staff would get 6 stars from me because they were the friendliest staff that I have experienced in Germany. They even made sure that we could watch the football game undisturbed in a separate room and even brought dinner to us in this room. Thank you very much again for this, simply excellent.But unfortunately a hotel does not only consist of the service from the staff.The hotel is getting quite old and needs to be renovated and modernized.The rooms were really stuffy and the bed was rock hard to sleep on. No fan nothing and it was really hot when we were there. The windows are totally outdated as is the entire interior of the room. Our room door was so jammed that it was a real test of strength to open or close this door.The food was OK, especially the soups were TOP.The breakfast buffet was unfortunately very modest, sad selection and really presented without any love.I also found the dinner time from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. pretty pathetic.In its current condition I can't recommend the hotel, but I recommend that the owners renovate it. Then you would really be a gold mine in the idyllic town of Bad Wildbad.

Not enough stars 🤩 everything is great, you feel like you're at home. The owners are so nice and friendly, as are the staff. The atmosphere is all decorated with warm colors. Room clean,,,nice view from the balcony.What else can you say, everything you need for a wonderful holiday

Nice hotel, good food, breakfast buffet style, with half board you can choose between three dishes. Non-smoking hotel. Hotel is located on a mountain. To reach it on foot you should be reasonably fit. There are few parking spaces available. Parking is also possible in a nearby parking garage. That costs something, and the car shouldn't be too high. My husband and I have been there for the fourth time and we always like it.

This is my third time at this hotel and I have never been disappointed. Unfortunately the weather didn't work out somehow😉. Nevertheless, it is always beautiful here. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, clean and the bathroom has been newly renovated. I always feel comfortable here. The cuisine is excellent and the service is first class. Particularly noteworthy is the service when eating. You can really relax here in the hotel and I will continue to come here. Great, dear Roller family and the entire hotel team!!!

Very nice welcome, great location, well renovated rooms with excellent shower. Beds a little harder, ideal for me, a little too hard for my wife. Room a bit noisy. Breakfast excellent, the Roller family is very careful to refill everything that runs out. Free entry to the thermal baths is a big plus. And a lovely Easter surprise on the table. Can be recommended without hesitation!

Very good value for money!The hotel is not the most modern, but it is well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a classic selection and the quality of the products is impeccable. We didn't try dinner.There is free parking in front of the hotel and within a few minutes' walk you are directly in the center of Bad Wildbad.We'll definitely be back!
