Beautiful and impressive castle with a wonderful little castle garden!We spent two nights here and felt totally comfortable. The communication with Ms. Franz was great. She and her husband were so sweet and accommodating, and the staff was also super friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and there was something for everyone.

Historic house with an impressive castle garden and directly on the sculpture cycle path. Sennfeld Castle is also easily accessible by car and public transport. The reception was well organized and very friendly, we received knowledgeable information. The rooms are originally furnished and the mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and well maintained. The hotel has been under new management since March 2024, which can be seen in the many positive changes. A wonderful stay in a charming castle, we would love to come back!

I was a guest in the castle for one night on a bike tour. I was looked after and accommodated in a very friendly and helpful manner. The baroque furnished rooms are kitschy - but not without charm / in keeping with the concept.The breakfast was also great, with good bakery rolls!

Castle located in the middle of town. The rooms are decorated in Baroque style. The innkeepers are very nice and open-minded. A quiet environment located by a small stream. If you want to have a nice hiking weekend, this is an ideal starting point.

We celebrated our wedding there and can only say - the day was a dream! Also thanks to the great location and the really good organization on the part of the hotel.Due to the weather, we had to reschedule spontaneously and this also went absolutely smoothly in the background.The catering was excellent and the staff were also very friendly and competent.Definitely worth a recommendation!

A wonderful place for celebrations, meetings, team building events or similar.We had a successful and very nice class reunion here with bed and breakfast. The hosts lovingly took care of all the details.

Great location for our class reunion. The food was very good and plentiful, the service was great. Tanja Franz is a wonderful host and responded creatively, flexibly, quickly and easily to every inquiry and special request. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much. Always happy again!

The castle is rather inconspicuous from the outside. The staircase and entrance hall are impressive but ultimately unused. The rooms are rather sparsely furnished, the bathroom probably dates from the 1990s and is small and doesn't fit in with the rest of the furnishings. The breakfast was completely ok. But in the breakfast room there is a large chipboard Teke. The tenants have apparently recently changed and there is still a lot to do before it is really a castle.

The hotel is centrally located in Sennfeld and is beautifulThe hotel is located close to the center and is also easy to reach on foot from the train stationThe rooms are beautiful, well laid out and nicely furnished. One disadvantage is that there are no family rooms available, but the ambience makes up for that and it didn't bother us. We had a room oppositeThe hotel is also very suitable for cyclists and hikersThe staff is also very child-friendly and very politeVery suitable for families for short tripsThere isn't a lot of choice at breakfast but it's very tasty.There is something for everyone from fruit to jam, sausage, cheese, yoghurt and eggs if you want there is also fresh juice, water and tea. Of course there is also coffee.And the rolls are fresh from the bakery in SennfeldWe were very satisfied with the hotel.

We stayed one night for our anniversary and we loved it.The hotel is located in an old mansion and the decoration is authentic and incredible. Above all I have to highlight the good taste of the furniture in the room. Seeing them in people has amazed us.We also highlight cleanliness.And a special mention for the breakfast girl, super hard-working and friendly.We really loved it, we would definitely repeat.P.S: you can have breakfast for €9.5 p/p quite well. It is a small open buffet that does not lack anything. Also, everything is very rich.One note: if you go in low season, they do not have the restaurant open. Although you can go to an Italian that is delicious.

Very bad in terms of service. When we arrived there was no one to reach, only by chance we found the room key on the counter. No information where the key is.Then you pay without seeing the invoice and just run after the invoice if you booked for business.The phone number is not available and there is no response to the email containing the invoice.The breakfast is also very minimal. The selection at the bakery around the corner is much larger

We booked an overnight stay very spontaneously. We were given the opportunity to have breakfast at 7 a.m. on Saturday, which we found very accommodating. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also very tasty, a small but fine menu. The decor in the room actually made you feel like you were in a castle. Unfortunately, an evening walk wasn't that nice because you walk around the street a lot. But that wasn't that important to us and doesn't detract from the overall impression.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. Booked a single room. ThisBut the size was more like a storage room. Unfortunately, this room wasn't really clean and the sink drain was blocked. The location is good and quiet. We couldn't use the restaurant because the chef was ill. The breakfast was very manageable for €10. The atmosphere itself is appropriate, but I would not recommend this hotel. - unfortunately
