The hotel is located in a historic building near the monastery. The free visitor parking spaces are located directly behind the hotel and are available in sufficient numbers. The family room with its own entrance was very pleasantly cool in summer and very quiet despite its proximity to the street. The small kitchen was very functional and high quality.

Reception only from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., no breakfast only across the street at the bakery for 10,- No good service! No contact person in the hotel. Who waits until 9 a.m. for someone to come!

This “hotel” is absolutely not recommended. No one on site, no signs, rooms underground, coffee machine but no coffee, kettle but no tea. The water “pressure” is more like a trickle and the promised breakfast has nothing to do with this term.The pictures on the homepage do not reflect in the slightest what you actually find.

Affordable accommodation for short stays. You have to do without service, breakfast is available in the cafe opposite. The keys are available with a code via a key safe. Conveniently located directly at Maulbronn Monastery.

Very anonymous, no contact person on site, only telephone contact possible. Reception only from 9 to 12 so no payment of the bill on site. So you paid with a card and got an access code for the accommodation. That was Saturday afternoon. Monday morning around 9 a.m. I received a message that no payment had been received yet!!! It's a shame, but we would have liked to have arranged things differently.

Reception not manned, no service from Friday to Monday. But it is expensive because there is no breakfast. Rooms get quite warm. No possibility to use other rooms, a shame, that was different.

Doesn't correspond to a hotel. No room service, no towel exchange, bed is not made either. Garbage will not be disposed of but can be disposed of yourself within a 10-minute window. Has the best days behind it.

The rooms were a bit small but served their purpose. No room service unless you called and asked. We had to ask for new towels and we were there for 8 days. No hot water for 4 days. Nice historic building with a good cafe and bakery across the street. Restaurant was closed. No one around to ask questions or for any assistance. Numerous people trying to stay at hotel outside could not reach anyone.

Regarding the wedding location Elfinger Berg, Klosterkelter: It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. We have never experienced anything so arrogant and rude in person. We arrive at the agreed viewing appointment on time and full of anticipation. It's not every day you get married. First we are left standing in the cold for 15 minutes and we arrive late without giving us a quick phone call, then we are led into the premises without many words and, for every question, we refer to event documents that are supposedly on a homepage The reason is that you can't just talk your head off every time you show people the venue. We canceled the appointment after 7 minutes. It was simply unbearable. You can certainly have a nice party in a small group at the location, but not with these landlords.
