Room 402 - Small but nice!We visited the Alleehotel on August 14, 2024 and stayed overnight there.A very nicely decorated room. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, WiFi available. Super comfortable bed which offered a restful sleep. The bathroom is functional and also in great order. The location was surprisingly quiet and pleasant. Free parking is also available in front of the hotel. Definitely recommended. Greetingsp.s. the mystery with the wooden ladder remains unanswered 🫢😂

Price-performance is really great here! Booked a single room for €54 a night and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in worked without any problems over the phone and there were detailed instructions on how to get the card and find the room. There is air conditioning in the room itself, towels are provided and there is a small table. WiFi available, but unencrypted, which made it unusable for me for security reasons. There should be some improvement here. Otherwise everything was great, I will come back.

I choose hotel because of perfect location for my trip, I was welcomed by friendly and helpfull staff, breakfast was excelent, nice clean rooms, on price/performance level you cannot get better value. One of major points for me was that hotel offers private parking.

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I received a very warm welcome. The single room was at the back of the building with a view of the partly green area, very quiet. The breakfast was decent, there was nothing missing and you sat in a kind of winter garden. I think the hotel has been redesigned very stylishly and I liked the color concept.Will definitely come back.

My recent stay at Allee Hotel Karlsruhe was notably disappointing. The less-than-ideal location and a bit strange price were early indicators of the issues to come. Upon arrival, the room presented itself as a relic from the 80s, desperately needing an update. Cleanliness was a significant concern, with visible dust and crumbs.The staff, despite being friendly initially, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. The booking process was chaotic, with confirmed rooms not being available, leading to a lengthy and frustrating check-in. The purported amenities, were sorely lacking. Breakfast was a letdown, once not served and then of very low quality.This, coupled with hygiene issues like bugs in the shower, made for an uncomfortable and unsettling stay.In summary, the place significantly underdelivered on its promises, making it difficult to recommend for anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay in the city.

No staff on site. Check-in requires calling a number posted at the entrance, then a code for a key safe is dictated. Why this cannot be communicated in advance via message/email is a mystery to me.If you have any questions or problems, you have to call this number every time.TV didn't work, small wardrobe with no storage compartments, price far too high (up to €200 per night depending on when you booked). A 0 star standard with 4 star prices.If you don't necessarily have to be in the area, you'll definitely find what you're looking for in the center.

The booking itself was a disaster, we were promised 2 rooms and confirmed twice on the phone - only one of which was ultimately available when we arrived and we had to find another hotel for our friend.Staff comes into the room without knocking and tries to blame us because supposedly there was a knock beforehand. 140€ per night for 2 people is clearly too much and I don't see the price being justified at all. Breakfast is not included, costs another 16 (!) € and this price is not appropriate for the offer and quality it has. Overall we were disappointed but lost a lot of money.

Quite probably your worst experience in karlsruhe. They charge you whatever they want (prices are those of a 5stars hotel in London, not for a creepy hotel in Karlsruhe as it is). personnel is not trained to be respectful, they enter your room without knocking while you’re sleeping. No apologize about it. They did a mistake in the reservation and they blamed it on us. Highly recommend to stay somewhere else

The hotel is stylishly furnished in a modern style. The rooms are quiet, clean and individually designed with attention to detail. Everything is very clean. The breakfast has deteriorated: some of the sausage wasn't fresh, as was the fruit, and there wasn't enough for all the guests. At least €16 per person. This could be improved. Since it was our second time staying in this hotel, this was something we particularly noticed. Otherwise, the hotel has good transport connections and the city center can be easily reached by public transport. The hotel's TG is more suitable for small cars. Overall, a highly recommended hotel in which service and friendliness essentially leave nothing to be desired, although there is room for improvement in small details.
