Unfortunately we cannot rate the Dekra Hotel because we canceled on site.We wanted to stay there twice at short notice and had called beforehand that we would like a room with a balcony, but unfortunately this hotel does not have any rooms with a balcony. We also chose this hotel because, according to the pictures, it also has a nice sauna area.But when we checked in, we were told that we only had to walk down the street for about 500 m, there was the Hotel Sonnenbühl (Aberrantes Hotel) and that was where our room would be.Breakfast from (7 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and the sauna are both locatedat the Dekra Hotel.To me that's just a disgrace, especially since we called specifically beforehand.The hotel may be a great conference hotel, but nothing else.Yes, and one more thing: we had a great room in Nagold at the Ibis Hotel, and everything was perfect there.

Modern, beautifully designed hotel. Large bright entrance. Wide stairs and hallways. The room is large enough and adequately equipped. Safe, hairdryer, coffee machine, modern television.Unfortunately the heating didn't work.Since the hotel is free, there is an impressive view of the beautiful German landscape! It doesn't always have to be Switzerland or Austria.The bed is large and the quality of the materials is very good.The employees are very competent, hard-working and friendly!The breakfast is generous, with baked goods, scrambled eggs, and fruit!Parking spaces in front of the door and free of charge.

Great place for value for money.We stayed for personal reasons, but I think this is the best place in the region for a business event.The reception is in the congress hall, check in and checkout was great.Beautiful and modern hotel building, new and nice rooms.What I did not like: ventilation in the room - frankly weak and not regulated, pillows and blankets personally seemed to me very strange and synthetic, part of satellite channels did not work, wifi was not found and the most frustrating thing is that for breakfast I did not find any warm food - expected an egg or omelet(( but everything else was delicious 👍

The DEKRA Congress Hotel is a nice place to visit to unwind for a few days in the surrounding area.The grounds are nice and tidy and large, the new hotel complex is very modern, the rooms are really well furnished and the dining area is also great.We can definitely recommend this for a holiday in the Black Forest.And for all dog owners, yes, your four-legged friends are allowed there and there are also some restaurants in the area where you can take dogs.

We were traveling by motorbike and spent one night at the DEKRA Hotel. When we arrived we mistakenly went straight to the hotel instead of checking in at the main building. A little note when booking would be helpful in the future. We weren't the only ones standing helplessly in front of the hotel entrance on Saturday afternoon 😄. But after we found the right place to check in and the very friendly receptionist provided us with everything we needed, we could check in. The card reader at the entrance has its pitfalls. The entrance door opens automatically, but only if the card is held against the reader for at least 5 seconds. Here too, a little hint would be useful. The room was very nice, very clean with a great view over the fields at the back. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and, in our opinion, leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly service from the employee. The room can be used until 11:00 a.m. There are enough parking spaces available. Absolutely recommended.

There is only high praise for the DEKRA Hotel and Congress Center, located in southern Germany. We were three adults who needed three single rooms for one night on our way home from holiday. For various reasons, it had become quite late in the evening before we got in touch with the hotel, (where we did not have a reservation in advance) and we realized that we would not be able to arrive before midnight, when the reception closed. DEKRA managed to stay open for us, with the help of an on-site guard who kindly checked us in and escorted us to our house with the rooms we had been allocated, even though it was late at half past one in the morning. The rooms were really good and there was a quite nice bathroom for each room. Possibility to make some coffee, water to drink and something sweet for the palate. We enjoyed being able to lie down in quiet, comfortable rooms - nothing to beat there. The next morning we found a breakfast buffet, in the same building as the rooms, which, if possible, was as beautiful as the rooms were fine. It was a buffet with everything that could be needed, and not least with employees who were extremely friendly and dedicated to their work. The reason for the four stars in the location is that we didn't see much of it. It was dark and rather foggy on the way to the hotel in the evening/night. The area itself, where the DEKRA Hotel and the Congress Center were located, was bright and friendly with good parking conditions. A thoroughly nice experience getting to know DEKRA Hotel and Congress Center, and especially a thank you for waiting for us after midnight.

Hello, the problem was that I had to wait almost 3 hours for a room key. We were a group and I arrived at your place at 6 p.m. Unfortunately, there was not enough key deposited and it wasn't until around 8:45 p.m. that someone brought a key. But that was a master key and we always had to go to the landlord so that he could unlock it for us. That doesn't work.

Friendly staff.Was traveling privately. And more than surprised to see so much passion in a congress hotel: rich breakfast with some homemade spreads + home-baked yeast plaits. Rooms very clean. Spacious covered terrace.I will definitely recommend it.

I booked a standard room in the Dekra Congresshotel Wart - but then I was deported to the Hotel Sonnenbühl.-accordingly the hotel has a very poor price/performance ratio,- not enough parking spaces available,-Hotel rooms are outdated and very noisy,-poor cell phone reception, so you have to rely on WiFi, but that is also very bad,- Shower curtain available, this has been outdated for years,-very wide winding paths in the house,-single-ply toilet paper, with theCharm from 60s sandpaper,-Cigarette smoke drifts into the room through the open window,-small TV,-I will never book this hotel again under any circumstances.

Very nice modern hotel, all rooms clean.Large parking lot.Bed very comfortable. A hotel with real pillows and not air pillows like in most hotels where you lie directly with your head on the mattress.Breakfast sufficient selection.I only found the breakfast time on Sunday until 9 a.m. to close a bit early.
