I forgot my AirPods in the hotel - unfortunately they were apparently not found and were not returned. The location clearly showed the hotel.I can therefore not recommend the hotel and if I do, then take care of your things.

Modern, youthful hotel. Rooms clean and big enough. Friendly reception. The only irritating thing is that you only get the receipt for the cash payment when you check out. The breakfast for 2.50 is definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, the homepage/booking is a complete mess... We booked with breakfast, but that's a hidden note and NOT noted on the invoice. Somehow you have to find the booked rate and then click on the details using the "i" (information) button. It then says "breakfast included".- In addition, my partner was marked as an extra person who had to pay €42 extra. But that was all sorted out at reception.+ The employees have to absorb and iron out these technical difficulties and they do it brilliantly! A big compliment to continue to be so kind and patient in such moments, even though the problem here is the technical department!+ The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable for my taste and the bathroom has everything you need!+ The breakfast offers a good selection and there is definitely something for everyone. Sometimes it would be nice to have some signage (which jam, which yoghurt, etc), but maybe I was half blind again 😂+ The location is good: you can reach the main station within 20 minutes, you are close to supermarkets and a tram stop.+ Just a compliment to the staff again, double praise is better!

Room was okay, altough they don't provide you with anything in the room besides towels.The service though was the worst i have encountered out of all the places I had been to. Bar supposedly works 24/7, but they don't know how to pour drink, how toprint the receipt or they will just tell you "come back later, cannot serve you now".Terrible staff...

Super nice modern hotel, stylish design from the rooms to the breakfast room. Super nice and helpful staff, great location for trips to France.Great breakfast, a little more recognition of the food for vegans would be great.Otherwise, NIU was perfect for us as always.

Modern hotel. Very new.Well located and accessible.Rooms are completely okay for short stays - bathroom modern, clean, functional.The big drawback is the breakfast.Unfortunately, there is no real concept here.Something is always missing from the buffet and unfortunately it doesn't work at all to clear the tables at peak times.It's a shame, because apart from that you can spend a few nice days here.

Very nice new stylish hotel. Beds could be a little wider (at home 2 x 2 meters 😜) there is a shoehorn missing and I think that if you are there for a few days in autumn or winter there is not enough space for clothes.A few hooks in the wall behind the room door would help.Breakfast was okay, which I didn't think was great, a young man was working in sweatpants and I think a small trash can (and there are nice and stylish ones) on the breakfast table would also be good.It's great that parking is free!!

I have called them before booking the room if they have twin bed room. Receptionist told me all rooms can be converted into twin beds but he couldn't do it after booked and checked in. He told me the handyman should come with screw driver to do it. He promised someone come to do it tomorrow. Unfortunately the second night I had to sleep in quuen size with my cousin.What you are saying is not true. I have called your reception and he confirmed to split up the bed into twin beds before I make reservation.

Were only there for one night. Rooms are more than sufficient. Breakfast with a good selection, there was no coffee for a while, but after a bit of a wait it was taken care of. The floor in the breakfast restaurant is a bit sticky, otherwise everything is ok. I can recommend!

Stayed here on September 28th, 2024 for a trip to Karlsruhe for one night (for 71 euros).The check-in worked perfectly, we were accommodated in room 146.The elevator only works if you present your room card.If you're craving sweets, you'll find them in the corner next to the reception.The room was beautifully designed and, like the whole hotel, new and modernly furnished.But due to the size and limited storage options, we think it's only suitable for 1-2 nights.We slept well until the staff and other guests slammed the doors.Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy and have to be vacated by 12 p.m. for check-out.The curtain sealed nicely so that the room could be darkened in an exemplary manner.The location is very good for activities in Karlsruhe's Oststadt and large companies (e.g. IKEA) also have numerous branches there in the area.Dogs are welcome guests and can be found there a lot.A fee of 15 euros per stay is due for this.You can save yourself the 18 euros per day for parking, there are enough free parking spaces within walking distance.

It's fine for a few nights. I actually like the bed and the pillows best - very comfortable. This is the second time I've been there because of the nearby office. Since it opened it has stabilized a bit more, although the staff at reception often still have a bit of question marks on their faces. But checking in now works smoothly and checking out too :)Unfortunately this time I didn't have a remote control and it couldn't be organized within a day. Too bad.I find breakfast sufficient and good. It doesn't seem 100% perfect yet (uncomfortable strong lighting, no telephone to reception in the room, no restaurant in the evening, slightly musty smells in the hotel corridors, room card is not used for power supply in the room, no public toilets), but it definitely makes a difference visually very fancy impression. Sufficient for a two night stay but not necessarily longer.The location is not that attractive but you can quickly reach busy places within 10 minutes by tram. There is an Aldi and a Netto within walking distance.

1st night at 135€, the second offered at 230€ under the pretext of high demand! While booked at the same time! Of course alone the first night spent. Not a bottle of water or tissues in the room.Breakfast less plentiful than German hotels.In short, bad experience, impersonal welcome to be avoided at this price.When you want to be high-end you have to respect the standards. Result of this behavior, 1 night spent instead of 2.
