The hotel is currently being renovated, which you can only find in the small print when booking.The construction work starts promptly between 7:00 and 8:00 and since it took place right in front of my room door, it wasn't even possible to sleep in properly. The nights were pure horror, the heater in the bathroom was sticking and the fact that the second door in the room (hidden behind a wardrobe) wasn't locked didn't make the three night stay any better.At least there were no bed bugs, I can't say anything more positive about the miserable long weekend.In addition, it should be noted at this point that the hotel has reviews deleted due to alleged "violations of their personal rights" and is not even able to reference names with bookings via booking.com. I would prefer to give negative stars...

After we were supposed to share a common bathroom with many rooms in the "Süßen Marie", we ended up stranded here. The reception was very friendly. The room is old-fashioned but clean. But the hotel was renovated! They apologized for not being able to have breakfast and recommended a bakery nearby. But the hotel had coffee, beer and soft drinks! We would come again!

I would call it cheesy.In the bathroom there are broken tiles, the toilet drain doesn't work well. In the corridor, cables hang from the ceiling. At the reception they speak little and bad English.There is private parking.

Simple, clean room. Unfortunately there was no BREAKFAST because the area is being renovated. The STAFF at reception was friendly.

For €50 a night everything was great. Room on the 4th floor with a view of the backyard. Single room with large bed, television, wardrobe, refrigerator and table fan. Shower and toilet everything clean. With soap, shower gel and toothbrush cup as well as a hairdryer. Kettle and instant coffee in the room. With a small desk and chair. There is free tea, coffee and water on the first floor. Cold drinks in the vending machine. The hotel is about 600 m from the main train station and easy to reach on foot

I'm really not squeamish when it comes to hotel rooms, but the hotel took the cake. It feels like the S-Bahn is rumbling right through the room. The furnishings are worn and the bathroom is from another century. I really can't recommend this hotel at all.

Exactly as promised. Everything works, close to rail station and small inexpensive room. They even let me check in at 11am already without additional cost since the room was already ready.

The hotel is apparently still relatively young and is still under construction. But the building is by no means new, quite the opposite. The rooms show their age (but that shouldn't necessarily be seen as a negative thing!). This is particularly impressive because the lift doesn't work and the main entrance is also inaccessible. The service also leaves a lot to be desired; When checking in, the gentleman was on the phone and made me feel rather unwelcome.The location is ideal for travelers due to its proximity to the main train station. The furnishings of the rooms are completely ok for the price, as is the cleanliness. Cleaning is carried out every day and rubbish is disposed of.Overall, I have very mixed feelings about my stay here; But because of the price, I will definitely come again!

Price performance fits perfectlyWent stranded here after a canceled train.Room and bathroom clean, even fridge, hairdryer TV and fluffy towels.The elevator was broken but our suitcase was carried up for us.Thank you
