The room is clean. Location is near downtown. The tram station is just in front of the apartment.The check in terminal is not the same as apartment building (2 stops by tram or about 15 mins walk). Check in via machine is easy.We can contact the apartment and ask any query by email. They response quickly. I thank you Jasmin for her kind response and clear explanation and offer :-)They come to clean room, change bed sheet and towel once a week. If the garbage is full before cleaning day, you can email them to collect it.The washing machine/ dryer is on 4th floor. You need 0.50 coin for 20 minutes washing/drying. Otherwise, there is a wash house just 600 m from the apartment.I already recommended this place to my two friends.

The apartments are very nice. They are cleaned every week and washer is in the building itself so you can also do laundry easily and it is in city center so you have got all shops and stores at walking distance.

I needed an invoice for our group stay. We were in different rooms. I sent 2 emails, one from personal and one from bussiness acc, tried several calls to office in working hours (10:00 - 14:00).NO response!After a week still no invoice!

Room was good!There was a bathtub.Refrigerator with freezer compartment.TV was in the room.Super good connection to the tram.Almost right in front of your nose.Unfortunately the check-in wasn't on site.It's best to get there by tram.(2 stations)Machine instead of reception.Pretty impersonal.There wasn't really any parking available.

Unfortunately the room smells like cigarette smoke! There was hair on the bed, unfortunately not mine!Parking €4/hour until 8 p.m. then free until morning.Lots to reach on foot

The stairwell smells terrible and hasn't been cleaned either. Rooms are not really clean, as the previous ones have already written. When you open the window it smells terrible because everyone smokes. It always stinks there, day and night. Ugh.. Too expensive for such unacceptable conditions.

Dirty room everything stuck pictures didn't look as good as on the bookingAfter consultation, I was forwarded to the caretaker who told us that we should cancel and take a new hotel and the costs would come back. Now they say that these statements were not said and the room had no defects. Sry, but if you read the reviews here yourself a lot becomes clearSo dirt dirt doesn't belongDefects ???really disappointing, I can't recommend it......
