An excellent option for your money. Good location, close to many cafes, attractions, shops.The room is as in the photo, spacious, comfortable, the owner is very friendly. Breakfast to choose from, large portions. The terrace in the room is just super, beautiful view, very pleasant to sit and relaxOf the minuses - in 4 days they were cleaned only once, towels were never changed, Wi-Fi worked so-so. The disadvantages are not significant, but it’s worth keeping in mind :)

Excellent value. The room is large and you have a small outdoor balcony with a table. The breakfast you chose the day before arrives on this balcony at the time you want!A laundry is just a stone's throw from the hotel, super convenient!The only downside is that the hotel is located on a narrow street and therefore taxis do not go up the street. 7 minutes walk from the commercial street

Small hotel, stayed for one day. Very friendly owner, excellent service, comfortable mattress, bathrobes, normal water pressure, delicious breakfast. Delicious ground coffee, brewed ourselves in the morning, before breakfast.

Excellent value for money. The room is large and you have a small balcony outside with a table and drying rack which is very useful.The bathroom is large and well kept compared to bathrooms in Indonesia.The staff were friendly, they left me their phone number and I wrote there for anything (very convenient).Excellent breakfast, the structure is a stone's throw from the center of Ubud on foot and is very convenient.Thanks for everything we will definitely be back

Great place for an affordable price, breakfast is delicious, not much choice, but included in the price. You can book via whatsapp by writing the dates, payment in cash upon check-in. Breakfast is delivered exactly at the specified time to the table in front of the room, very convenient.The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The air conditioning works, it's quiet at night, the bed is wide, the mattress is good, it's very comfortable to sleep. The shower and toilet are clean, they work perfectly, there is always hot water.The location is good, with a bike you can quickly get to the main street, walking a little longer, but ok. There is a small parking lot, entry is a little difficult, the passage is narrow, but I drove in normally on the xmax.The owner is a very sincere and open person, it’s nice to communicate. There is a warung nearby, the food is very tasty, we went there when we got back late and didn’t want to travel/walk far.Overall a great place, I recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but this place is definitely worth writing a review about. This guesthouse is small, but very cozy. For a modest fee, we received an incredible number of advantages, which can be found quite rarely. It is definitely worth mentioning all the main advantages:1. Cleanliness! This is the most important thing for me. During our stay, we never came across dirty bed linen or towels. For comparison, we stayed in different places in Bali, and even in a 5-star hotel, the bed linen was dirtier.2. It is very quiet at night, which is also very important. There is no noise except the pleasant distant noise of nature.3. Beautiful view from the third floor, sunsets are visible.4. Incredibly delicious breakfasts are included in the price. We didn't read about it, but we were so surprised that the modest price of accommodation also includes excellent breakfasts. It's a separate delight.5. There are no insects in the room.6. Location in the center of Ubud.7. The drinking water in the room is refreshed every day, which is rare for guesthouses.8. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom, which is also rare for a guesthouse.9. Each room has its own kettle and tea accessories.Perhaps someone will be confused by the lack of a swimming pool or a large territory, but we didn't need it at all, since we were either traveling or working. We were very surprised by the price-quality ratio. Above all expectations and praises! We have no complaints.Special thanks to the owner of this guesthouse. He is a wonderful and very kind person. He makes you feel like you're at home. Thanks to him for his care and recommendations on the routes of Ubud. Every day he greeted us with a sincere smile. Beautiful location and great view from the top floor.Clean rooms & nice service - very good price-performance ratio.The only problem was the WiFi, which occasionally didn't work.Otherwise everything was perfect 👍🏼

I really enjoyed my stay here. Purity. Cleaning is very common. There is a kitchen, you can cook. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly. A quiet place, no one wakes up. Safely. The center of the area, everything is very close.

Very good room...the young chap in charge was very friendly...Location....is just off a very very busy lane...which is stressful and chaotic to walk down.And barking dogs were a constant problem at the hotel ..
