"I had an amazing stay at Sunshine Vintage House! Nick, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hostel itself is beautiful, with a vintage charm and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. Nick and his family are super nice, you feel at home. The rooms and the bathroom are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are right in the center, but the hostel is very quiet because it is in a side street. I would stay here again straight away!

This hostel has a warm and relaxed vibe, in an ideal location. Nick and his family are wonderful hosts, and are happy to arrange tours/activities for you (waterfalls/temples/mount batur/rice fields/cooking class/jewellery making etc.). I went on the ubud tour with Suwesen who was a great driver/guide! Not only that but they also arranged my transfer to Gili T which was well organised and reasonably priced. Room are very clean, with towels and breakfast provided!

My stay was amazing. The location is great, just 5 min walking to a street full of restaurants, shops and the monkey forest. The bed was very comfortable and private as the curtains do their job well. The property was really clean and the bathroom too. It’s a great idea to have the lockers outside the room so nobody will disrupt you while sleeping. Breakfast was good and they always attend you with a smile. I also did an incredible tour with Nick (the owner). I would definitely choose this hostel again! Thanks for making my stay superb!

THE BEST HOSTEL IN UBUD! Amazing staff and cleanliness. Wonderful breakfast. Right next to the yoga barn. If you show up to Ubud with no plan at all, this place offers all the activities you need! They brought me to a sunrise hike and a cooking class. They also offer rafting, ATV, and many other excursions!!

This is the most comfortable housetel I have stayed in Ubud. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The staff makes the bed every day. The owner is also very patient. You can tell the owner if you have any needs. The faucets are from ToTo, and the house is carefully taken care of, like a work of art.

I'm so glad that I chose this stay during my first ever solo trip. Nick and his staff will make you feel at home, he will also provide tours around Ubud at cheaper price, which lead by him most of the time as well. He will bring you around, explain everything like their culture and even bring you to some food stalls that only local Balinese will knowYou won't need to worry about anything when you stay there, Nick will take care of you, including some recommendations, transportation arrangements etc. Not to mention they provide the most delicious breakfast!Read so much reviews that mentioned this place is unlike other hostel, and i can fully relate and confirm that's true. BEST HOSTEL in Bali hands down! Nick, i will definitely be back!!! Dont forget me, Im Roy lol

A beautiful hostel run by a lovely family. Clean and very comfortable beds with a nice nightstand and power unit. The showers and toilets are clean. Also they’ve enough locker space. Everything is very thoughtfully put together. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Superb little hostel. rooms are comfy, clean, stylish as is the bathroom and lobby. they offer laundry service and LOADS of tours around Ubud and Bali. Nick is so friendly and goes out of his way to ensure you have a good time. cannot recommend enough, would most definitely stay again

I love this hostel! Nick and his family have created a home for travelers so that you feel at home even when you are far away. For me, a short stopover at the hostel is part of every trip to Indonesia! I don't actually sleep in hotels anymore, but the dorms are so comfortable, stylish and well-equipped, with as much privacy as possible, that I would still choose this hostel again and again. The location is perfect, you can reach many important spots in Ubud on foot.

Nick, his staff and his family have been true angels. Everyone is very friendly, you feel at home, the travelers are also great people. The dormitories are very well arranged and there is even a space designed to store your belongings in the bathroom so as not to disturb each other. I felt super comfortable in the dormitories with everything you need available to feel safe and have your own space.Nick also organizes activities and is a wonderful guide. He was also available when I needed advice and helped me as well. You can count on him, his solar energy and his good advice, enjoying an ideal stay in this wonderful place that is Ubud!!
