A good & solid hotel. The service staff are all polite and helpful. Rooms are a bit old but generally great. The breakfast buffet is well equipped to start the day. The conference rooms are well equipped. The location tends to mean that it can be quite loud, depending on the time of year.

Very good breakfast, and nice service. However, the street next to it is very noisy and there is currently construction work going on in the hotel. Room service is only available upon request, which I don't think is appropriate for a hotel like this. It should be the other way around so that you can cancel room service if you don't need it. The rooms are large and well-equipped, but everything is relatively old.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Our room was unbearably hot and stuffy, the air conditioning made noise but didn't bring any air into the room. The small window could only be tilted and didn't help. Due to the location near the intersection with extremely loud trams, you couldn't leave the window open at night anyway. The staff was rather unfriendly and uninterested.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business - fortunately, because if I had had to pay for it privately, I would have been even more annoyed. In my opinion, 4 stars are too much for this hotel. The hallway to my room was a construction site. The floor in front of my door was also taped off for painting work.In my room the sink drain was closed and couldn't be opened. The tables in the breakfast room are very narrow, so privacy is lost. However, there was nothing wrong with the breakfast buffet. At checkout I asked for a printout of the invoice. This was refused on the grounds that it was not allowed because it had already been sent to the company.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time. The check-in process was very easy and the receptionist was both nice and accommodating, which made the start of my stay very pleasant.A small downer was the construction site in my hallway, which somewhat spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. However, I didn't let it bother me too much. The room was generously sized and even if the furnishings seemed a bit old-fashioned, overall I felt comfortable and well looked after.A highlight of my stay was the breakfast: it was delicious and the selection was more than enough for me.Overall, I can recommend the hotel, especially if you value friendly service and a leisurely breakfast. I will happily come back when the renovations are complete.

Well, how do I say it?! Probably a high-quality hotel in urgent need of renovation or currently under renovation. The size of the bathroom is absolutely positive. The selection at the breakfast buffet is very nice. Furnishings are a matter of taste, but in any case they are showing their age. The elevators rattle extremely and the loud tram in front of the door spoils the experience of what is actually a central location. Our reason for the trip was a KIT event, for which a certain number of rooms had been reserved and discounted. Because we arrived earlier, we wanted to book another night, but this couldn't be discounted. Unfortunately, the hotel did not automatically make both bookings for the same room, so we had to rebook on site and still check out and check in again on the second day. Both visits to reception could have been much quicker! Summary: OK for one night, clean, but CLEARLY too expensive for the condition and service at €183 per night!

How can this hotel get 4 stars?I booked this hotel especially for my wife because I thought that the hotel category could be trusted. A traumatic experience. The room was terribly broken, the carpet was disgustingly dirty, the bed was broken and uneven. The bathroom was incredibly unclean, towels were damp and the bathtub was…Never again!

The room seemed a bit older, but the old architectural style was still clean and pleasantly ventilated. The staff was nice and helpful. Only the location in the city center is not so nice because the tram is already noticeable. But otherwise great hotel in the city

The hotel is getting old. Should be renovated. Service was absolutely top, we had a company event there. Other hotels should take this as a model. Hotel recommended despite the years.
