Limehome cancelled my booking one week before arrival, took my money on the same day and then said I would have to wait 14 days for my money to be returned. They did not respond to emails about possible alternative accommodation and literally left me with nowhere to stay. Horrible and rude customer service agents.

All in all, the location was really nice. We booked through Booking. Unfortunately, the room we booked and confirmed was not the one we finally got. The location was booked for a photo shoot at the time. Therefore, expectations were immediately dampened somewhat.The location is inconspicuous and visually not the best, but the furnishings and ambience in the apartments are very nice, well-kept and homely.

We often drive through Germany for a concert or sightseeing. We always need a hotel for one night. We were very positively surprised here. The location is also wonderful. You feel like you're at home. Everything in its place. It has never been as clean as it is here. And I mean that. The room rating needs more stars.We'll be back at the next concert.- A small point outside the rating. The door lock code thing. All doors have a different code. Gate, house entrance and room door. Why 3 codes? But the tragedy is that the house entrance code cannot be found straight away. It's hidden in the website. The other 2 will be clearly listed and sent to you via message.-

Typical limehome location: modernly furnished apartments, everything you need is available.The apartments in Jahnallee are in a backyard. Quietly located, but also dark. The apartments are comparatively large, but obviously very worn out. When I arrived, my apartment smelled slightly of smoke. The cleanliness is not perfect, but okay.There is no elevator, no air conditioning and the WiFi is very slow.The price is cheap, but I would stay somewhere else next time.

Absolutely disgusting. The duvet and sheet full of hair, the rest of the room dirty. The bed sheet and duvet cover were obviously not changed. After many calls and messages, someone was sent to clean the next day - the sheets were changed, but the duvet and the rest of the apartment were not even touched. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an apartment.The washing machine was full of hair and the floor had sticks everywhere. It seemed as if some places had been cursorily brushed over and others had been left out completely. The reaction was not very insightful - 25% refund. I can't recommend these apartments to ANYONE, it's also extremely noisy and the curtains don't really darken.

Beautiful apartment! Everything you need is there.There was even a small welcome note on the bed.The location is also great. The city is within walking distance. There are various shops in front of the door (supermarket, bakery, café, etc.).

Nice rooms in a backyard, maybe a bit noisy but it was ok for sleeping. However, the duvet was very dirty with large dark stains. I don't even want to know what it was, I just assume and that's enough.There are parking spaces in the area, certainly better during the day than in the evening.It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the city, so it was completely relaxed.

We were here for a week, unfortunately there wasn't even any cleaning during the week. Some things were broken, such as the front door, the front stairs, drawers. A bulb was broken in the bathroom and there was dirt under the bed. The heating in the living room probably leaked and destroyed the floor of the apartment. This was concealed with a small doormat. We've stayed at this hotel chain in Berlin before, but everything was top notch. We won't be booking with LimeHome again anytime soon.

Booked a room spontaneously and was pleasantly surprised! The location is okay. I had to do some searching because the house number is very small and at first glance there is nothing that indicates a place to stay overnight, let alone a hotel. There was also no parking space in front of the door, which was a bit difficult for me, alone with a small child. The view from the window is only of the inner courtyard, but that didn't bother us as we were only there to stay overnight. And I haven't slept so comfortably in a long time 😴It is pleasant that there are numerous restaurants right outside the door and both the zoo and the main train station are within walking distance.The room was great! Very well maintained and clean, my favorite room scent rounded everything off, even a goodie was thought of. We felt very comfortable. Thank you!

The apartment is well furnished, pretty much everything has been thought of except for the most important thing: hygiene and cleanliness. It really left a lot to be desired. The floor wasn't even vacuumed let alone mopped. There was dirt and hair lying around. On the floor. On the dishwasher.For this reason we didn't feel comfortable during our stay.

What can you say? Booked on Sunday lunchtime and moved in in the afternoon. Due to a problem with the payment, we received comprehensive help on the hotline.Both the center and the zoo are within walking distance. Local transport connection also 50m away. If you arrive by car, you will have to look for a parking space on the adjacent streets. We were lucky in that regard.The rooms are modern and fully furnished. Even a washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer... are available.There is a deduction in the kitchen. Here it was neglected to make the surface area in the area of the workstations and the stove wipeable, so that ugly splashes of cooking grease are already visible. Since there is no extractor hood installed, you should ventilate the room while cooking.All in all, absolute recommendation!!
