An absolute failure!!! The pictures on the homepage are totally out of date. Today the whole area is very run down and carriage rides are no longer offered. The whole yard is full of junk and looks very untidy. The entrance to the guest house is hidden at the back and is always open. Burglars have an easy time of it, especially since the assembly workers who are primarily accommodated are out of the house during the day and the guest house is therefore completely unattended. I wouldn't leave valuables there alone. The holiday apartments are dirty. The carpet was stained and the shoe rack hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was stubble from various predecessors in the bathroom cabinet and on the shelf, and the toilet, sink and bathtub had clearly not been cleaned. In addition, the toilet became clogged very quickly. There was exactly 1 pot in the kitchen that wasn't rusty. All the cutlery was completely rusted and the pot holders were not fresh. The curtains on the windows were completely brown and apparently hadn't been washed in years. A cockroach came out of the roller shutter strap holder and the walls were full of dead flies. Although smoking is prohibited in the rooms, smoking is permitted in the stairwell at the window. But all the smoke then moves into the holiday apartments. An absolute disgrace for non-smokers. Unfortunately we had to pay in advance before we even saw the apartment. After a few days we moved to a much better accommodation in the area without the disgust factor and fear for valuables.

Good and inexpensive holiday apartments. Ideal for larger families/groups. Beautiful property with a great barbecue area (which was free to use during our time). We'll be back...
