Chic little apartment with all the amenities you can imagine. A balcony to sit outside for the warm days, underfloor heating for the cold ones 😍 and some streaming services. Fast and uncomplicated communication with the hosts at any time.Gladly again.

I rented an apartment from Alex and Franz for three days and was thrilled. It was very lovingly furnished, there is really everything you could need (from a wipe to coffee) and the two of them are great hosts. Thank you for the great time. Highly Recommended.

We had a long stay in one of the apartments and I must say it felt like our home. Everything you need is already available from modern appliances, to Netflix and Prime and even small things like tea and spices.Location is also very good, in quiet rezidential area but 500m away from an amazing park and forrest.The best thing about the apartment is not thw space itself but actually the hosts, Alex and Franz who are very responsive and helpful.Thank you again for making us feel welcomed in Leipzig!

We stayed in the Citycenter Deluxe Apartment. The stay was great! From the contact to the apartment, everything was perfect! The apartment is lovingly furnished, you immediately felt at home. The central location is unbeatable. We'd love to come back :-)

I used the apartment together with my girlfriend. We are absolutely thrilled. Washing machine and dishwasher are included. The beds very comfortable. We were able to end the day on the large terrace every evening. Right in the heart of Leipzig and yet so quiet and idyllic in the Auenwald. The attic scared us for a moment. But the elevator took us back.WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix are available and work perfectly.The landlord is very friendly and immediately responded to our wishes. I asked for a microwave and the next day it was there. This is a successful service.Thank you. We'd love to come back.

Absolute recommendation, the “Goethe” apartment is a gem. The jewel is right around the corner from the Red Bull Arena and is superbly furnished. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars. Everything is there, comfortable beds, Netflix and Prime Video access, which makes it easy to get over the lack of TV reception. We feel very comfortable here and would also like to praise the communication with the hosts Alex and Franz very highly. Keep it up!

I would very much like to recommend the Leipzig Residence. Unfortunately, due to the Covid pandemic, we did not have the opportunity to stay in the beautiful accommodation, but I would still recommend this apartment for human reasons. Communication with the landlord is very uncomplicated and he accommodated us in many ways, although this was not a “must”.Thank you again! We would be happy to come if the opportunity arises again.

I was in Leipzig with my girlfriend. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. Unfortunately we couldn't use the roof terrace because the weather wasn't so good. But we'll be happy to come back to you. Maybe next time in the stylish city center apartment!
