Booked weeks in advance and still no entry in the guesthouse booking book. That means waiting until the rooms were prepared. If 3 rooms were required, there was also a bit of luck involved as they were available. The rooms were very clean and functionally furnished. Only the TV didn't work so well. The breakfast was very good and sufficient for 3 people with everything you need for a good start to the day. What was negative was the fact that the restaurant was closed on Mondays, as we actually wanted to sit down there on the evening of our arrival. So the search for an alternative opportunity began. Nevertheless, it is recommended.

Very nice and clean rooms. Hosts very accommodating. Breakfast 1a for 12€ everything you need, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, mozzarella, etc. I can only recommend it. With an attached Greek restaurant. It doesn't get any better.

Had dinner here. Unfortunately, many convenience products, so it wasn't a burner. It's actually a shame given the location! 🤷🏻The whole thing would be better at the top.

Nice location but food was just ok. We wanted to order half a portion, which wasn't possible. So we just shared one meal instead of ordering a small and a large.The taste of the souvlaki was OK, but not quite what we expected. It quickly became apparent that the finished product was from a wholesaler (Mega Souvlaki printed on the skewers). We are used to something different in the restaurant.Given the good selection of restaurants in Torgau, I would choose a different one next time.

Arrival on January 9th, 2024Despite advance notice that I would arrive around 12 p.m., the room was not ready. Had to be prepared first.After an hour of waiting, I was let into the room. The room was freezing cold. Outside temperatures were 10 degrees below zero. Only slightly warmer in the room. Estimate just above zero degrees. Furniture, walls ice cold.I tried to talk to the boathouse team. I was loudly attacked by the house manager and insulted by the man of the house. I should put something on. The words went below the belt. Left speechless. The boathouse didn't refund a cent. Had to pay full price.

My wife and I ate here, the ambience was good (but there was no Greek flair, it could be the landlord's fault). Starters were ok, we ordered Suvlaki with the main course, unfortunately it wasn't freshly prepared, you could read "Mega Suvlaki" on the wooden skewer. That's a bit stupid especially since this frozen product costs €15 per kilo.Mistress her calamari wasn't well done.Since this was our first visit we didn't want to say anything.Other Greeks also manage to put fresh food on their plates. Unfortunately it's a shame for the restaurant right on the Elbe.Attached photo of the skewer we googled, it was the same one
