The room was ok for the price but the shower was unreasonable. Mold on the doors and cracks. I used it in the hallway where the shower wall was broken but there was no mold. The stairs are also dangerous and steep. Some things need to be renewed. Not only earn money but also invest in mold spray, pillows and mattresses that were very sagging. Opaque curtains should be installed on the windows in the sleeping area and bathroom. I don't need spectators while I'm changing and showering.Sweep the outside area, remove some weeds and make it a little more inviting and make a better impression. For us this was a one-time thing and unfortunately NOT recommended!

The rooms are simply but comfortably furnished. It's a very quiet area. The breakfast is served with a lot of love and very plentiful.

The location is unique in summer - 1.5 km to Lake Cospuden, quiet street. Particularly ideal for cyclists. The room was huge and cozy, only light-blocking curtains would have been good. Breakfast is free for €5, and the owner also generously refills it. In general, she is very hospitable, even if she may seem a bit rough at first. She also reacted easily to a mistake by HRS, even though she didn't have to. The key box is easy to find just by opening the gate.

Initial telephone contact was quite unfriendly. There's a note hanging there. The key should be picked up at 26. After a long wait, an older lady came to the window and explained to us where the key could be found.Enter the yard, the greenery grows as it pleases. In the house Klimbim (decoration) is very dusty. The house makes a very shabby and loveless impression. It was only supposed to be for one night, after going to a concert.Bathroom not in the room, apparently a shared bathroom (run down) for all rooms on the floor. We were lucky no one else got lost there. After the concert we were exhausted and tired. It was not possible to sleep in these beds. The individual wooden beds are the simplest category as are the table and the cupboard. The mattresses were so bad and worn out that sleeping was out of the question. After trying unsuccessfully, we stopped. We deposited the €47 per night, which is a disgrace for this imposition, and drove home. Our advice stay away.

Simple but clean accommodation in a quiet location in the southwest of Leipzig. Good bed, good proximity (only 3 minutes) to the tram. A bit complicated check-in conditions, but ultimately a friendly owner. Anyone who complains about the unbeatable price (€28 single room) and expects 4-star comfort cannot be helped. Perfect for 1-3 nights.

Clean, cheap, nice. Significantly more than one would actually expect for this price in Leipzig. Any time.
