First of all, this place has nothing to do with yoga.The staff are extremely nice and friendly, they try to help as much as they can, but the language causes a lot of problems. If you just say yes and no to their regular routines, it will go well. My recommendation, let them clean, take their regular breakfast packages and it should be fine.The rooms are ok big if you have the room to yourself like me, but I think it can be quite cramped if you are two people with large suitcases.The pool, I was unsure if it was cleaned, would probably recommend that you don't have your head under water.

Awesome stay amidst breathtaking views. I had an entire villa and a private pool all the myself here. The staff were nice. Most places in ubud were close to the place as well. Clean, grand and solo-traveler friendly place to stay.

The property is a completely unorganised property. They don't have any management to whom you can ask for anything. The swimming pool is a waste of money. Even after we asked them to clean it they never bothered about it.The property has lots of loopholes especially since there is no management. No mirror in the living room. Staffs may come some time to ask you to submit your passport with them. Overall the experience is extremely bad. Not recommended for anyone food quality is also very poor. No kitchen to serve food at night even.

Amazing location, spacious rooms and great facilities. Within walking distance to the main strip without the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodated any requests we had. The private pool is an amazing touch.

Lovely villa with private swimming pool. Just a little away from the madness of central Ubud but close enough to walk there. Situated in some rice fields and quiet with some eating spots within walking distance. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.

Nice private villa on a budget price. Is situated at a 15min walk from the busy Ubud area. There are places to eat nearby the hotel.
The villa is simple yet comfortable. The towels need an upgrade, but friendly staff and you get new water bottles every day.

The villa has it own pool but the pool not always clean then the villa is old, especially with all the facilities inside, so old and bcz the material mostly made of woods so it's always have the smell of a wet woods and small insect inside the room. The unpleasant smell inside the room always there, they didn't spray anything. There will be mosquito too, not bc we didn't close the door or anything but mostly it came from restroom.And the restroom door got no curtain to cover just big glass door, that's it. I mean if you plan to stay with your friend, then how? They can literally see you while you showering, and shower inside a bath tub which is not good as well cuz of the safety concern, hot water always unstable. There's one night we got no hot water at all.The bed, pillow sheet and towel look so sososo old, look like they never change since they open the place. Glad we brought our own towel to use, toiletey wise not full options.Not highly recommend to stay here. From a personal experience.

First of all I want to say that the staff are lovely, kind and helpful. Which is the only strong point.As for the villa: old, dirty, stained, worn, moldy (see photos below). The building needs a complete renovation, especially the bathroom which needs to be completely redone. There is very little storage space, the only wardrobe is located in the bathroom which is a separate room without air conditioning and opening directly to the outside via holes in the wall. As a result, nothing dries, and your clothes may simply become moldy. The decoration is totally outdated (old mustard yellow curtains, yellow walls etc.). Not that central (15 min walk) especially if you return at night it is better to take a taxi.In short, for the price it's not worth it, there are nicer and cheaper villas! We stayed there for one night (out of 5 planned) and fled to a 4-star hotel much further in the center of Ubud for barely €5 more per night!
