An excellent place to enjoy groitzsch, very comfortable and clean rooms, they have all the services, kitchens to eat, large beds, a nice patio with benches to hang out with friends and family, the house is like being in a German fairy tale, the design and the story it has are really beautiful.

These holiday apartments are on a very beautiful and well-kept property with a lovingly renovated house. The rooms are clean and attractively furnished. The kitchens are extensively equipped and a flat screen TV is available for those hopefully few rainy days. The apartments are very spacious and, like the bathrooms, have been completely renovated.So that you don't have to starve in the morning, there is a bakery nearby where you can also have a good breakfast. - but good restaurants can also be reached on foot or by bike.The place is an excellent starting point for excursions and cycling tours around the Neuseenland.The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Shortly after we arrived, they provided us with tourism brochures and maps of the area.All in all, you can enjoy your holiday here and I can fully recommend the “Ferienanlage & Eventhof Markt 15”. Although - if so many people read this now, I might not get a holiday apartment there in the future because everything is already occupied.It wasn't the last time we were there

Great rooms. The processing was really successful. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, combined with the charm of a half-timbered house. It worked out very well for us as a family. It's also great with a larger group, because you can also eat together in the cozy living room downstairs.

A lovingly renovated half-timbered house with lots of charm! Wherever possible, the framework was exposed and made visible. All the wood radiates a lot of warmth and coziness with a rustic touch.The apartment is equipped with wooden furniture that goes well with the old character of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a modern walk-in shower. Another highlight is the Bohlenstube on the ground floor, where we were able to sit comfortably by the fireplace in the evenings. This room can also be booked separately for events.All in all, we (couple 27/29 with child) were very satisfied and would come back at any time. Something different than a 0/8/15 hotel!

Family short vacation in the Leipzig/Groitzsch area. The historic half-timbered house was a highlight for my small children (4/9). Nothing was missing, it was very clean and well equipped. The twists and turns were very interesting and not just exciting for the children. Free parking is available on site. Very quiet location. Supermarket is 1 minute away by car and bakery and butcher are within walking distance. The fireplace room was very pleasant and heated. Any time. Very nice operating couple, transaction was problem-free.
