The resort is great and we have had a lot of fun here. The activities on offer are great, the lake is beautiful and the location is very inviting.However, the resort should think about the operators of the parking lot. Very dubious approach in the parking lot in Rackwitz on Schladitzer Bay. The license plate is scanned upon entry. Then you get a ticket from the machine and have to give the license plate there. However, my license plate was not accepted by the machine. “Fortunately” there was the option to “park without entering the license plate”. I then chose this and bought a day ticket (unfortunately in cash). After two months, I now receive a payment request for 57 euros from the parking service because I supposedly didn't have a ticket. The whole thing is very cheeky!!

Friendly staff, campsite is OK.Beautiful lake with a bar. You can rent canoes and SUPs on the beach. But unfortunately there is a lot of air traffic even at night. I couldn't sleep without earplugs.

This camper and tent site on a beautiful lake in the middle of nature is a real insider tip for outdoor enthusiasts. The location is simply fantastic and invites you to relax and enjoy.A big plus are the diverse leisure options. The water sports equipment leaves nothing to be desired and can be used at fair prices. Beach volleyball courts and a water park round off the offering perfectly. The campsite itself is also impressive: table tennis tables and barbecue areas provide entertainment on land. It is also practical to order fresh breakfast rolls directly at the Camp David reception.Unfortunately, there is one drawback: the sanitary facilities. With only 4 toilets and 3 showers, they are significantly undersized when at full capacity. Even cleaning once a day is not enough to keep them in a satisfactory condition.

We celebrated our wedding in "el mar". Both the advice from Juliane and Meli in advance and the support from Meli and the other staff on the wedding day meant that we had a dream celebration.We had some “extra” requests, for example only vegetarian/vegan food. This was implemented without any problems and all the guests (and us) raved about the delicious food.The other staff, whose names we unfortunately don't know, were also super friendly and paid attention to everything.We are very grateful for the organization, advice and support on this special day and can only recommend the location.(We and our family then stayed there, the rooms are 4 stars because it was unfortunately very hot and there are no fans or air conditioning and the rooms are very bright.)

The place is completely fine, booking is easy and the staff is very friendly. If I were 15 years younger I would give it 5 stars.Close to the water with lots of activitiesand good music with people celebrating. However, my son doesn't like the music for sleeping.It is a great lakeside campsite for the younger generation or older ones without children.

We stopped there for two nights while passing through. The location of the place is really nice, great for cycling and swimming. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is a disaster, dirty and the showers in the washhouse are moldy everywhere. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here.

Beautiful campsites by the lake (water sports area). The only thing missing is more toilets and more showers. The staff was always friendly and helpful... There are many options for water sports. We'll definitely come back.

We were allowed to stay at the campsite for 8 nights. The place is well-kept and clean, surrounded by lots of greenery that provides pleasant shade. The plots are sufficiently large. Electricity wasn't a problem. The lake and water activities are within walking distance. There was a 50% discount on SUP rentals at check-in, as well as free access to WiFi (could be faster) and the beach.The sanitary facilities are a big minus point. 3 dirty communal showers (ladies) in the gym style of the 80s with poorly adjustable water temperature. Overall, poor cleaning in the washing and toilet areas. Not acceptable for the price.According to the reviews, this seems to be known, but no change appears to have occurred yet. :(The regular aircraft noise is tolerable, you have to be prepared for school classes and party groups - not just on weekends.

Close to the lake and a really beautiful beach.Very crowded on weekends, but you can still find a nice spot.Friendly staff.Very friendly older caretaker❤️But!Airplane noise and generally very loud in the evenings on weekends due to the youth. It's okay during the week.Kitchen area functional and okay. 2 rinses with hot water. Cleanliness should be better.The washing up station outside was dirty and only cold water was available. It's questionable what that is supposed to be. Nobody washes with cold water.The sanitary area is a disaster! Toilets are okay, cleanliness leaves something to be desired like everywhere else, it's dirty everywhere and it's crawling with spiders. Showers don't work at all. Just disgusting.A shower room and 3 showers with shower curtains like in the deepest GDR.Hot water suddenly becomes boiling hot and you jump away from under the jet and onto the shower curtain, where the person who took the shower probably already stuck their body to it beforehand. Very tasty🤢And endless mold in the showers.And even the cleaning staff can't scrub away mold!!!It just needs to be renovated!For the price you can also expect a tidy and well-maintained sanitary area.Otherwise we had lovely days with you!

Nice campsite with great surroundings.You can really hike around the lake. There are beaches with great sandy beaches and super beautiful water. Also a great dog beach.There is the possibility of water sports and volleyball.You can order bread rolls at the campsite.The nearest supermarket is 15 minutes walk.

Reachability by phone is a joke.Called at different times on different days - never reached anyone. Very annoying when you plan to plan an event and it fails because no one is able to answer the phone.

Well, what can I say.The campsite is ok, but:Half of the neighbor's motorhome was parked on our parking space, and after informing reception, all we got was "Excuse me, I'm sorry." But no one comes to clarify the situation.Furthermore, the sanitary facilities/showers are...Showers are moldy, toilets are filthy, it looks like there hasn't been a cleaning lady there for weeks. Toilet paper is always out too.Absolute catastrophe, that's no longer possible these days. Especially not for the price.The sanitary containers for the children's holiday camps don't look any better either.The 2 sinks for washing up are just as dirty as the rest.The lido is quite ok, but e.g. I think €2.50 for a cactus ice cream is slightly excessive. The other prices are also correspondingly too expensive.Rip-off or vacation?I definitely won't recommend this place.x

Went to the parking lot today and spent 5 minutes looking for the ticket machine. A woman in gray clothes saw us coming looking for us and left us a ticket for 36 euros on the windshield wiper when we returned. Thanks for nothing, this is a rip-off at a high level

Theoretically you say yes, small but nice... Unfortunately that's not the case here.First the positive:The lake and beach are perfect. Restaurant a little overwhelmed but tastes very tasty. Snacks also great.The negative things:Ice cold showers on the first day. After complaining it went. Despite this, the water fluctuated from hot to cold. The washhouses were very dirty. The spiders multiplied every day and the hair also had children. Washing up areas dirty and cold water for washing up.Music and noise from young guests until late at night.We were very disappointed and have never seen a place like this.
