Simply fantastic, very friendly, lovely hosts,very nice and clean room, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful garden.Perfect shopping opportunities for self-catering around the accommodation.Many thanks to the Subeit family for a great home for a week.I would 10 stars 🤗

We were very well accommodated at Anita's for a wedding over the weekend.The rooms, the garden, the entire ambience convey a cozy atmosphere, you immediately feel familiar.Despite the rain, we were able to have breakfast together on the covered balcony.Even spontaneous guests didn't stay outside Anita's door (of course after registering)We'll be laughing about this for a while, right?I think we'll come back.

A beautiful guesthouse with very friendly hosts. You can see the love that goes into it not only in the rooms but also in the outdoor areas. Nice rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an absolutely reasonable price.We'll be back!

This guesthouse is like a gold find in the service desert 😎 Finely furnished rooms for every need, a well-equipped kitchen on every guest floor, and an enchanting garden that invites all guests to relax, leaving nothing to be desired. In addition, a very family-friendly host couple - hardly any hotel in and around Karlsruhe has a chance with us. The perfect infrastructure in this location is fantastic, bakery, butcher, market, pharmacy, dry cleaners and light rail on the doorstep, yet quiet and idyllic - ideal! We look forward to the next time in Rüppurr 👨👩👧

A very beautiful, lovingly furnished house.Limited parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.Very nice boss/staff...The house and the rooms are very nicely and comfortably furnished. Everything is bright and friendly and very clean.Security is also very important here.Shared kitchens are available in the house. Coffee is always possible.Free WiFi available, drinks are also available in the room. You feel comfortable here.Relatively quiet location, the people of the church clock are more calming than disturbing.There is a tram stop not far away. Bakers, butchers all in the immediate vicinity, as well as a snack bar at the stop.I removed some of my photos at the request of the hosts. It's a shame, because it's really impressive.

I was in Karlsruhe with my sister-in-law for a concert weekend. On the recommendation of my mother-in-law, we rented a room from Anita. The anticipation was huge based on their reports. And our expectations were more than met. After a warm welcome, we were shown our room (located in the basement, with direct access to the garden), as well as all the other rooms available: a fully equipped kitchen (available for each floor) and a lovingly furnished breakfast room (self-catered). There is also a beautiful garden with various seating areas and loungers.There are nearby shops (two bakers, a butcher and an organic supermarket) and the S1 and S11 tram stop is only 2 minutes away - you can reach the castle in 20 minutes.Our stay was almost too short to fully enjoy this beautiful accommodation. It was a completely successful weekend.Thank you.

Very pleasant atmosphere, wonderful, friendly host!!!All rooms are bright, friendly and furnished with little finesse. You immediately notice that a person with heart and love wants to pamper his guests.All rooms are super clean, well thought out. There is nothing that is missing. You can even find small perfume bottles on the sink.It's a shame that accommodation like this can't be found in other places. The Pension Anita is above average in terms of price-performance ratio. Definitely preferable to any hotel!!!I would like to say a very big thank you to the pension owners. It has become rare these days that you don't just do your job for the money, but that there are also a few people who make a house shine through their personality. You succeeded!!! Thank you for everything and I wish you strength for the future.

Pension Anita is always a highly recommended address. You are well looked after, the rooms are modern and very lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. Anita is the good soul of the house and everything would only be half as nice without her commitment and humor. Thank you Anita, you give everyone a home on their way.
