Upon arrival no one greeted us, a lot of dust in the wardrobe, it was positive that we had parking reserved for users. However I would go back

Quiet and peaceful, perfect room for one night. 5 km to the center. No service on Sunday. One kettle for all rooms.

We stayed at the guesthouse for a weekend with 7 couples. The rooms were fine, although with minor flaws. The service had some teething problems on the first morning due to understaffing. But we were very impressed - everything was taken care of promptly and there was a quick solution for everything. The small pond with koi is lovingly created. The big plus of the guesthouse is the quiet, good location. The connection to the city center via a short walk and public transport is very good.

Rooms average, service poorMy partner and I spent three nights at the Pension Preußenstraße. There was no one on site upon arrival, which was not communicated in advance. During a short phone call, which we initiated, we were shown to our room.We had to pay on site and the service staff gave us a refund on August 17th. late in the morning a wordless knock on the door. At first we thought it was room service and politely declined this service. Unfortunately, the “Do Not Disturb” sign could not be found in the house rules folder, as the service staff passive-aggressively noted afterwards. By chance we found it lying on the wardrobe the next day. After another wordless knock from the employee and another thanks from us, she said very firmly that she wasn't room service, but that she "still needed our money." A time for payment was not agreed the day before. The payment was then made by us and we were very upset about this communication.Otherwise, the rooms are largely clean, with the exception of the shower (pictures attached).Without the argument with the aforementioned service person, we would have given 4 stars. For comparison, the service staff present on the day of departure (August 19th) was very friendly.

In a calm neighborhood. Unfortunately not with love. The rooms are dusty. Bed linen and towels were gray and very thin, the sheet even had a hole. The worst thing is the shower partition, rust and mold everywhere. Disgusting. The bedside lamp flickers when turned on...

It was not considered necessary to receive his guests. Instructions by phone. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast worse than in GDR times.

Free parking, nice koi pond, house and rooms comfortable and clean. Worst mattress of my last 10 years in hotels, guesthouses and AirB&B. Bathroom functional with rust approaches. Single room not with shutters = cannot be darkened. That wasn't a good night's sleep and it doesn't bear repeating

A bit outdated guesthouse. There is everything in the entrance areaa lot of dust, the fridge in the foyer tempts with drinks, but is empty.😪and unfortunately there is no possibility to buy a drink nearby. Beds are okay, breakfast too, but the jam was moldy. The sink drain was quite clogged and the room smelled musty. For 2 nights 182 euros: that's definitely too expensive for the offer!!
