Besides the great prices, the most important thing is the cooperative and friendly staff. I had to cancel my trip at the last minute due to circumstances beyond my control. When I contacted them, they responded immediately and were very understanding of my situation. They handled the matter very friendly. If I ever need a place to stay, I know where to go and I will definitely come back.

Nice guesthouse and clean with nice staff. But for breakfast I would have liked rolls from the bakery and not baked ones.Otherwise okay for the price-performance ratio.

It is not a hotel, but a guesthouse, but the prices quoted are at hotel level.Unfortunately, after 12 p.m. you no longer have a direct contact person. Despite having agreed and requested what time you would come, the room was not yet ready. The rooms are small, but sufficient. The sleep was very restless as the rooms are on the main road and are very noisy. The breakfast for €11 was very poor. There was some sausage, some cheese, some jam and an egg. I've had much better breakfasts for €11. The prices on the whole were far too expensive for a guesthouse.

Everything was super clean. The people are all really nice. I was missing a small refrigerator in the room. Unfortunately I didn't even have access to the free internet...

I stayed in the guesthouse for one night, the room was clean but very small for my standards. The room was very warm and you wouldn't have minded a fan.Since it's the main street, you can't sleep well 😮 especially since you don't leave the windows open in the summer time. You should be careful with the stairs as the steps are very narrow. I was satisfied with the breakfast service. Staff was extremely friendly!

We stayed in the guesthouse for 2 nights. From the outside you wouldn't believe how great and big the rooms are.Everything is newly renovated and very clean. I came into the room and immediately felt comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient and had everything you need. The tram is right across the street which takes you everywhere. The team was very nice and always responded in a friendly manner to all questions. We'll be back again this year!!

Wonderful cheap accommodation and a real insider tip. The location is a bit out of the way, 25 minutes from the main station but there is a tram stop right in front of the front door, a supermarket opposite and many restaurants in the area - so still full marks.Price-performance is unbeatable: I paid a total of €86 for one night for three people. If I'm in Leipzig again, I'll be happy to check in again.

(EDIT) I’m just a traveller who wants to travel around Germany and enjoy their stay. This review has nothing to do with whatever “noise complaints” from certain individuals (and even then this is not what actually happened). Cash accessibility played a major part in this review. I have given back a star in good faith - but please ensure that the aforementioned issues are resolved moving forward.—-Although the rooms themselves have no issues aside from being located directly next to the loud trams, a low rating is given due to only accepting cash and for making no effort to rectify the situation, especially for those without direct access to cash. In addition, check-in procedure is confusing and archaic, and the front desk is not always staffed. Hospitality is a profession, not a part-time hobby.
