The Ibis Budget Leipzig City is a few minutes' walk from the train station and in close proximity to the town hall. The rooms are functionally furnished and offer everything you need for a stay. In my opinion, the breakfast was sufficient and actually contained everything you need to start the day strengthened.

We hadn't been to this hotel yet, but we booked it early with our tickets for the Peter Maffay concert at a reasonable price. …

Booked accommodation was simply canceled by the hotel. Since we booked early, the prices were still cheap. An impudence on the part of the hotel.

Shortly before the trade fair, our room was canceled and no alternative was given. It's really difficult to find something cheap now

A total disaster, booked almost a year ago, suddenly canceled by the hotel a month before the trade fair!No information why exactly, just vague statements like "operational closure from 02/29/24"Neither the reservation nor the hotel directly have or want to provide further information.Finding a replacement four weeks before the book fair will be impossible. Thanks Ibis for nothing? And dear Arcor Group, didn't we know that sooner?Well who inexpensively bay, bay twice? This is an incredible mess!!!We are considering hiring a lawyer to claim the possible higher costs or lost travel.

We have reserved a room for six months and shortly before arrival the room was canceled without giving any reasons. It's just sad.

The proximity to the train station and the city is very good, you walk out the hotel door and can go shopping or visit a restaurant. Everything is close by.

Since we were dependent on public transport, we looked for a hotel near the main train station. We have only had the best experiences with the Ibis hotels so far and we were pleased that the walk from the train station to Ibis was only a maximum of 5 minutes. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, the rooms were simply furnished and yet everything you needed was there. It was important to me that the entrance to the hotel was barrier-free and even that was easily solved with a wheelchair elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful and the lady at reception immediately found us a connection to our venue on the internet. In any case, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
