Unfortunately there is hardly any parking space. You have to be lucky to find a parking space on the streets. Very cute and tries to make a lot out of a little. I assume the owner lives behind the counter. Relatively small rooms, but with seating, bed, cupboards and private bathroom. What is missing in the rooms is a small trash can. Completely sufficient if you're out and about all day anyway and just need a place to sleep. I only had difficulties with booking and the hotel because the VAT was calculated incorrectly and I had to pay a little more in cash on site, but that happens. You could also book breakfast on site. For breakfast there was everything you needed, completely sufficient.

37'C rooms with no air conditioning, no fridge, no breakfast, church bells ringing all day long!!! I don't recommend it.

Simple but clean rooms at a fair price. 5 people for 120 euros per night in 2 rooms.Absolutely ok for one or two nights in LE.Parking situation around the house was a disaster in the afternoon/evening.

We have been spending our short vacations in this guesthouse for many years and are always very satisfied. The house and rooms are individually and beautifully designed and painted. In the inner courtyard there is a "house" with a drinks machine and the garden with a pond invites you to relax.Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere, to which the warm hostess contributes significantly.Rooms and breakfast are great value for money.The nearest tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away.We are already looking forward to the next visit and seeing you again!Very best regards

Very, very nice hostess, everything was very clean, well designed building, great alternative with the shared bathroom, worked very well. Very nice breakfast table acquaintance. Virtually unbeatable price/performance ratio. Great Italian restaurant within walking distance. There is enough parking space on the street, if necessary on a side street.The tram stop is within walking distance in a few minutes and goes to the city center without having to change trains.Breakfast isn't anything great, but it's perfectly fine for the price and you'll still be full.If we visit Leipzig again, we would be happy to book there again.

As a small family, we lived at the top of the house in a cute corner room. Everything was clean and tidy. We were able to spontaneously use breakfast and were warmly welcomed and supported by the hostess. Totally worth 5 stars! Thank you for the lovely weekend. :)Greetings from Potsdam

I received a very friendly welcome. Checking in was quick and easy. It is possible to order breakfast for the next morning. I didn't do it, but it's supposed to be good and I'll book it next time. The 2 bed room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Shower gel and hairdryer were not available. The price-performance ratio is very good. Service 1a. I forgot my Air Pods and they were sent to me by post as quickly as possible. Thank you again for this!

According to the prescribed rules, check-in takes place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Nevertheless, as practice shows, a lot can happen. We didn't manage to arrive earlier than 8.30 p.m., but we informed the landlord in advance by phone. We arrived anyway because we had no choice because of the football championship, especially since we had already made the payment.Result: The landlord slammed the door in his face and walked away.I definitely don't recommend this place..

A very good hotel when you have to stop on your journey, the lady at the reception is very nice I had a very good night and especially for the price of 50 euros per night I recommend this hotel!!!Room 17 you will find a book by Forbes women if you pass by ;)

When i booked the hotel i've to pay right away. U can check-in only from 16:00 through 20:00. When I asked to change my check-in they said "this is not our problem". The owner doesnt speak any language except German and drops calls. When I came to the hotel I met the owner but he pushed me away and sayd that this my problem and he will call the police after he closed door behind my nose. So l've forced to sleep in Central coach like homeless cause in this day there were no available hotels in any prices. Of course,I wrote a statement to the police and when i will come home ill be write to all Leipzig governments organisation about this case. I was in 23 countess and have sleep in over 50 hotels, but this is the first time have such a situation

We were late to check in for 30 minutes. The owner didn't wait and closed the door. He didn't want to listen to us, no reaction.
So we spent the night at the bus station because there was a big match in Leipzig and all hotels didn't have free rooms.

I was also greeted nicely. The room is clean and not too small. Bathroom/toilet in the room. The whole house is decorated in an oriental style. And therefore a bit heavy in the atmosphere. If you're looking for modern furnishings, you're in the wrong place. TV is available.What I didn't like was the shower cubicle. I had never seen such a strange, curved plastic pool before. I was a bit worried that it would break because it was dented a bit. So if I'm 100kg+ I don't want to know. I weigh about 70 kg.I later realized that I had booked into the second of the operator's three guesthouses. The first room in Leipzig, the second in Dresden. 👍
