In the middle of the city of Leipzig there are many restaurants and eating options nearby… Rooms are completely ok! 2 large bathrooms and 2 toilets in the hallway.

Absolutely not recommended!!!! Only bad!!!Booked a double room with a double bed and got single, uncomfortable beds.The sink hung over the foot of one of the beds and was constantly bumping into each other!Shared shower and toilet, which was definitely not apparent when booking.Tram, traffic noise and the surrounding bars unbearable.A restful night's sleep was absolutely not possible for us.Never this guesthouse again!!!!!!!!!!

We will not book again.Unfortunately the room wasn't clean. The toilet and shower were also unacceptable. There was also a terrible smell in the bathroom. Something like a drain. We left without staying overnight because we felt extremely uncomfortable.And over €80 for that!

In a word, terrible. The toilets are dirty, the pillows are uncomfortable. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, an AirBnB would have been the better option for me in retrospect...

Hello everyone,the room was clean (especially the mattresses, pillows and blankets!!), the location is great. A supermarket is about 400 m away. Many bars, restaurants and small shops are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is difficult to get but with a lot of patience and searching you can find a free space.

Although I did not meet any staff there as it is a self-chek in, I needed a bill for my stay so I have to contact the person in charge (Frau Knöchel) many times via whatsapp. Unfortunately she issued a bill with different amount than I pay claiming that there is a tourism fees. I asked her to issue the amount I paid but she refused and issued two bills, which my employer did not accept. This is not the point actually as it is about money. What I hated is how staff at this hotel deal with customers and I am sure she has to learn how to respect the guest. I will never ever book at this hotel again and I do not recommend it for you.

Located close to many restaurants and cafés and overall a nice stay - communication with the landlady beforehand went smoothly and everything in the building was well signposted. The room was large and comfortably furnished with two armchairs, additional blankets and pillows. Another plus was the kettle, even though as a passionate tea drinker I would have been happy to have an extra bag or a second variety to choose from :-)Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep well at night because of the street noise and because the pillow was too high for me, but that could be solved with earplugs and a pillow that I brought with me.Overall it was very tidy, although not 100% dust-free, which I don't think is too bad.Gladly again!

I slept well, the concept is easy and everything you need is there in a nice atmosphere.Even a washing machine is available!Thank youP's breakfast in the Via Bar now costs EUR 15.90 - but great! Thank you for the tip

Small guesthouse, located about 900m from the racecourse in the south of Leipzig. If you want to go out to eat, you have all the options and choices around the corner (currywurst, Mexican, Spanish, cafes, etc...).The rooms are good and adequately equipped. Cleanliness and order are very important!There are a total of two bathrooms with toilets available, so you rarely find a locked door.Keys are received in the box in front of the floor door using a 4-digit code.The accommodation is absolutely recommended!

Very nice guesthouseRoom great, everything cleanSuper nice location.Everything can be reached quickly and easily on foot.Great and delicious restaurants around the corner.Tram stop right in front of the door.We were lucky and were able to park right in front of the house. (Free)Unfortunately, the only reason I only give it 4 stars is the noise.Unfortunately it is relatively loud in the evening and at night. I find that a bit of a shame.
