Be careful if you travel with dogs . In our case we have to pay penalty 125 € for 3 days because we didn't get written conformation and didn't show them at check in( We booked 30 min before arrival and at Chek in was no one after 18 ) but all these rules you will get from housekeeping in a very unpleasant form with controversial info why.But in the bill it's sad for the dogs( not penalty)Even the dog stay cost 8 € a day.The uncertainty and threats of eviction made our stay a horror. So check the house rules before the arrivalAnd Shisha Club with laud music Friday night.

I'm torn on what to rate this because it delivered on what it promised, but I did not enjoy my stay.||I got unlucky in that I arrived, in the rain, on a Tuesday in March which meant no-one was in house to welcome me. …

We had an amazing experience at Brera Leipzig for the past 4 months.Totally recommend. The apartment is great and has everything you need especially the fully equipped kitchen. There is no washing machine in the apartment but you can use the ones in the washroom for a good price. The location is also great, it was close to everything we needed. Many thanks to the hosts who've eased our move to Germany starting from the booking process and everything we needed after that. We even had a problem with our card payments before arriving in Germany and they were very patient and flexible to work out other options.

Brera apartments are in an exceptionally central location just behind the main square in old town; in a renovated, modern building. All the amenities are more than adequate both for long and short stays. The kitchen is very modern and spacious. I also had a great terrace since I was at the rooftop. There is a modern lift. The staff (Susanne and all others) are exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will stay again at Brera when I am in Leipzig.

I’ve stayed here twice, the first time for almost 3 months and the second time for about 3 weeks. If you come back twice it’s because you like it! Location unbeatable, a few minutes from the station and right in the centre. Beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious, cooking facilites sufficient for those who like to do their own thing. Small supermarket 2 mins away. Washing facilites and recycling on site. Check-in easy. Staff super-friendly, quick to respond and courteous. If I could suggest one thing, for longer stays where you have to do regular laundry it would be good to have a proper steam iron and board in the room. Fully recommend Brera Leipzig!

Very Satisfied - perfect apartment for short and long stays. We spent an entire month in an "Amazing Apartment" and everything went just fine. The apartments are located in the city center, in a very nice street, near supermarkets, restaurants,... The booking and contact with the staff were really easy and non-complicated. The staff was really nice and thoughtful with us. The apartment is exactly how it is described and fully equipped. The only downside is the lack of natural light, as the apartment only has two windows, so there is a constant need of using artificial light. The heaters are really good. There are washing and dryer machines in the building, they are really easy to use (through an app). I would surely stay here again if I need to come again to Leipzig.

The apartment is directly above a nightclub whose noise continues to between 01.30 - 04.30. Only three miserable tea bags are provided for a two night stay for two people and only 1 shampoo. The bed is too small for a modern needs. Checking in is a nightmare - unless you speak German - we had to ring for help. This is the very worst city based apartment I have ever stayed in in any city around the world - and the most expensive - and would recommend that you find somewhere else to stay which is more comfortable and welcoming.

Would recommend this serviced apartment and hopefully will come back soon and stay at Brera Leipzig. A big thank you to Susi and Marie. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst apartment that we have ever stayed in. It is directly above a nightclub and the noise from directly beneath the apartment continues until 04.30. There is considerable noise outside the windows too. …
