I've been here several times and am thrilled every time!During my last stay I was particularly surprised by the new design after the renovations - really modern and stylish.The hotel's location is absolutely central, making it perfect for exploring the city. It's unreasonable that I'll never book through Limehome's again late, give you your money and go somewhere else, it's really run down anyway, the pictures are really old and well done 0% like in real life

I came here at 7pm. There was no wifi because apparently there was no Router in my room. I called Limehome and they offered me that someone could come on the next day. However, I needed to use the wifi during the evening. The other solution they offered me is to receive 10 euros that would automatically be transferred to the bank account that paid for the reservation. My work paid for it, which means it would be a long way for me to get the money back. I asked if there was a possibility to get it transferred to my personal bank account. The service told me I could get a coupon that could only get used in Limehomes. In general, the lack of optimal solutions and poor customer service left me very disappointed and frustrated. I would never recommend this hotel.Update: on the second day, I was told that I would not have internet during my stay because they could not fix it. I also can not receive the 10€ of compensation per day because they can not send it to my private bank account. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Never again! The house has no reception. You can't ask anyone or get help. All doors are opened with codes. They quickly close and you find yourself excluded. Even if the code works, the door can only be opened with a trick that only the hotline knows. On top of that: two hotels with the same name are right next to each other. This means that many room numbers exist twice. After 6 calls to the hotline we were finally in the room. Waiting time per call about 10 minutes. What is called check-in in hotels with a reception turns out to be a completely nerve-racking, time-consuming rush and waiting in hotlines. Not recommendable.The peak: A fire alarm at midnight. Since there is neither a caretaker nor a receptionist, no one can say whether it is a false alarm. We called the fire department and they turned off the alarm. A few old hands already knew this and knew where to turn off the alarm. However, this time the box was locked. Hammer hard.

The stay did not take place. Reservation with Booking. The stay was supposed to be for a mother with a small child. Unfortunately, 2 days before the date of arrival in Leipzig, the child contracted Covid. Honestly informing the owner of the premises about the situation and for ethical reasons, informing him about the Covid situation, we decided to cancel the reservation. The feedback we received was "Everything is fine. We hope to see you in the future". The stay was supposed to be from Saturday to Sunday. Until Monday at 10.30 there is no information about the costs of cancellation or about the refund of any part of the costs. Monday information that "due to If we didn't come, the money paid will be lost. This is the policy of the owners of the facility.

First off the location is great, close to public transport and the main station with lots of shops and restaurants around.The room is minimalistic but has everything one needs. The kitchen has all the essentials just lacking scissors. The mattress is on the harder side but still very comfortable. Maybe some extra towels would be great when not having cleaning services or personal to ask.

10 out 10! The flat surprised us in a good way, there was everything a person need for a one night stay and more. Even though it is located close to the City center, it was really quiet in the night. I had a great experience.

No air conditioning. Noisy environment. Fire doors keep banging. Bed pad and bedding crooked and plastic. Staff loud. Toilet musty. Tv outdated no HD. Chairs uncomfortable. Doors keep banging. No real mirror. Stove doesn't work. No exhaust air. Poor lighting arrangement. rest possible at night. 4-digit code for the door. Parking in the parking garage in front of the door 15 euros per day. Penny at the door. Extremely slippery shower. Too little mirror. Towel radiator. Kitchen too small. The refrigerator is on the floor.

I spent 5 days at LimeHome Höfe am Brühl and can't understand all the complaints.Yes, the hotel does not have a reception. I've gotten used to it now and don't miss it. The door codes work without any problems. My room (XL) - there are different versions - is sufficiently equipped; the kitchen is still very new, the bed and bedding are comfortable, the television has the usual programs. The bathroom is bright and spacious, enough storage space, a heating wall for drying towels. Soap etc are available free of charge. The goodie is also practical for on the go.The city is in the middle, all the shops you need. The train station is 5 minutes away on foot.My only complaint - the windows aren't completely sealed, you can hear the noise when people are still screaming at 3 a.m. or the garbage truck is emptying the bins.But I've gotten used to it now.If I were to be in Leipzig again, I would be happy to come back here.

I was anything but enthusiastic. The room was spartan, small and smelled musty. The bathroom smelled unbearably of drains. Some of the rooms are only about 1 meter away from the wall. Never again.

It's impossible to sleep with the window open until two in the morning because it's extremely loud outside.The accommodation is not air conditioned. There is a fan, but it is too loud if you want to sleep with it.The facility is great. Everything you need is there.Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work, but the staff was extremely helpful in finding a solution.Unfortunately, what I didn't like at all was the duvet and the pillow. Polyester is really not good!The bathroom smells quite musty.

We had a very bad experience!!! Starting with getting the codes to the room which was tiring, getting to the room was a long long way to go though and we had trouble accessing the rooms! We would definitely not going to come back or stay in limehome

Unfortunately the concept doesn't convince me. I was there for 4 days. In order to even get into the room, you need two 6-digit codes every time. Annoying! The room layout is not good. A long, narrow hallway leads from the door into the actual apartment. Fat people would definitely have problems with that. The apartment is not air-conditioned, which is not pleasant in midsummer. Ventilation at night is also not possible because it is far too loud to sleep.
