Very very tidy and clean hotel. Breakfast is beautifully presented and it shows that great care is taken by owners and staff alike. All friendly and helpful. …

Location is good, services and room not at all!The hotel is generally very old and the room small of that oldness. I am not quite sure if the sheets were clean enough, specially the pillowcases that mine had loads of stains and did not smell clean! I dont think they are changed in between the guests!I could not get my head around it and ended up with a towel on my pillow eventually! Cleanness is the only expectation at a 3 star hotel. I arrived at 11 PM for business trip and had not much options otherwise I would have changed immediately! The carpets are so old, dusty and full of hair! The lights in the room don't work except one and the bed-lights are fallen apart! The shower tab was fault and water was not getting cool at all! It needs a repair! Room 34!The breakfast is good though. There is no food served or available except breakfast, but there is a small fridge and cabinet with chocolates to buy from. They call it a bar.So I wont recommend the place unfortunately!

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center, all major attractions and good restaurants, with a 15 minute walk to the train station. We arrived early, but were able to leaver our luggage at the hotel until check-in time. The room was fine, quiet, spacious, clean, some improvements could be done here and there (some of the towels or pillow cases could be replaced, as they have seen better days). Breakfast was available and offered a good selection of products. We would have appreciated some scrambled or fried eggs. They only provided raw eggs, which needed to be cooked. Service was overall friendly.

The hotel is very well located. In a few minutes you will be inside the central city island, with the Cathedral and a lot of other attractions. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets close by.The building itself is old, making the doors, walls, windows and everything look fragile. It also contribute to the noisy, and also the street can be pretty noisy. As an example, you can hear every time your neighbor open the bathroom tap. This is the major issue with this hotel. The room is very small and don't have a fridge. The breakfast is very good, plenty of options and the place where it is served is quite nice, we really enjoyed it!Overall we found it a little expensive for what it delivers, however we had a pretty good stay, the breakfast and the location are the main strengths and every attendant were very friendly and spoke English.

The worst experience regarding hotels by far.We booked 2 rooms for two nights, 250€ per night for a 3 star hotel. We were paying a room for my parents as a gift as well.250€/night is average price but not cheap! We didn’t have high expectations besides cleanliness of course!!!The room was dusty and full of other people’s hair. The bedsheets were full of human hair that wasn’t ours obviously, yellow and black stains were on the pillow cases. Disgusting. The bath towels had holes on them because they were old!We requested another room to the red head receptionist wearing glasses, who was very polite and trying to solve the problem, and after checking the new room the situation was the same so we said we are staying in the first one because there is no difference on the cleanliness. She came to check our room and she was surprised and ashamed of course. We requested new clean bedsheets and they gave us a new pair that had also hair in. Even the employees were surprised and apologised full of shame. We wanted to leave immediately but being late in the night, options were limited. So we stayed and of course couldn’t sleep because of the feeling that the room was dirty and disgusting. This trip was for pleasure and I ended up changing the bed sheets of my room and my parents, myself at 21:30 in the night.First thing in the morning at 7:30 we went downstairs and another receptionist was on duty. A grey hair man wearing glasses who wasn’t polite at all. The total amount that we were supposed to pay for 2 nights for 2 rooms was 1000€. So after all these he requested us to pay normal price 250€ for each room = 500€ ! Insane !He was acting like he’s doing us a favour for not paying the second night! He was saying “what do you want me to do?” and my husband asked him politely if he would ever stay himself in a room in such condition and he said of course not! So after an intense conversation we ended up paying 250€ for both rooms for the night. In any case don’t visit this hotel because obviously they do not follow the cleanliness protocols like changing the bedsheets for god shake!A 3 star hotel should not mean a dirty one!Location almost ideal but not recommended at all!

Great location. 20 minute walk with luggage to train station. Easy access to central Strasbourg. Hidden away down an alley, so no street noise. Buffet breakfast was ok, nothing special. Nice to have wine, beer, sodas and snacks available in the lobby.

The picture says it all. Please just look at my picture and avoid the hotel ||I paid just €200 to stay in a room that I struggled to stand up in . Dirty filthy carpet freezing cold . The staff at reception were nice but again when you see the room you will see why review should be -1

Good breakfast, good hospitality, a couple of extra towels would be desirable. Reasonable location but the park place is not so safe and belongs to a different building close to a 4 stars hotel in the neighbourhood's. It gives comprehensively what promises. Honest.
