The hotel itself is good. Room was clean, breakfast was good. What wasn't good is that we paid parking fees for two nights, today we received mail for 110 euros from the company that owns the parking garage because the money wasn't forwarded or the license plate was sent incorrectly. It's actually no problem at all, the only thing that doesn't work is that when I call the hotel I'm pushed away and then just hung up. Too bad.

The lady from the morning shift was so friendly that she made us forget the other lady's awkwardness from the night before. The breakfast buffet was large, varied and was filled up until the end. The rooms were also clean and practically furnished. Only the toilet fan kept rumbling

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The hotel is modern and welcoming, the rooms are nice and always clean. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff who were always helpful. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The location is a little outside the old town, but easily accessible by car. There is also a bus connection directly from the hotel to the city every 15 minutes.The only small drawback was the breakfast room in the lobby. The tables are nice, but not ideal if many guests want to have breakfast at the same time, as it gets a bit tight. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the hotel!”

The hotel is located in an industrial area, but the hotel offers free tickets for all public transport in Konstanz and the bus leaves directly in front of the hotel.The rooms were absolutely great, with a kettle, safe and fridge. The shower is also absolutely great.The reception was very friendly and we were competently informed about the bus connection to Konstanz city center.What is strange is the absolute drop in quality at breakfast. The room is far too small, the seating options are sometimes silly (it's like sitting at a coffee table) and the service staff is understaffed.The prices at the bar are also exorbitant.Too bad! With minor changes this could be a great hotel for short visits.

Positively surprised - we would love to come backGood and friendly service at reception.Since we had booked a barrier-free room without needing it, we received a free upgrade.The room was bright and friendly, modernly furnished and had a small coffee and tea station.There is a spacious, free bicycle room in the parking garage.The breakfast was good and sufficient - with a bit of an American touch, including fresh waffles!Other reviews report service staff without any knowledge of German - but we were still happy to help us with hands and feet. Luckily we didn't notice any spiders either.The location in a kind of industrial area is certainly not ideal for everyone. However, there were some restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Everything else can be easily reached by bike or public transport.

I have no problems with the hotel only one annoying problem that ruined my whole stay. Why does the elevator have to have such a loud opening bim bam sound that can be heard across the rooms ????!!!! People sleep in there, damn it !I can barely sleep because my room is across the elevator and I think I can hear even the opening from the lower floors. Bim bam bim bam bim bam bim bam, all day 24/7, bim bam bim bam. It just ruined my stay, falling asleep around midnight, at ~1am when no one is finally using the elevator, and waking up at ~5am, all week, horrible !!!!If someone is going to book a room and have shallow sleep, I suggest you ask the receptionist to give you a room as far away from the elevator as possible.

Unfortunately very chaotic when it comes to promises from Hilton regarding a price error. First something is promised and later it is not kept. A friend who was a guest was charged for rooms that had already been paid for. But I've never experienced that before. Breakfast and check-in also a bit reorganized compared to other Hamptons. Unfortunately it was very loud and the windows didn't open very well for a short time to ventilate.

Does what a hotel should do. Accommodates his guests properly. The hotel is new, the rooms are small but clean and well maintained. That's already positive. The location is central, but in the middle of a not so attractive and not very attractive industrial area. Surrounded by construction sites and vacant lots. Parking is only possible in the parking garage in the neighborhood for €16/day. The breakfast buffet is really good, but the crowds in the morning are very large. The staff on site is moderately friendly and really doesn't seem motivated. Just 4 stars, but very close.

Bed is not made properly, only the duvet is straightened. Bathroom is not cleaned properly. E.g. toilet paper holder broken. Shower not clean properly. Water stains on the fittings and mirror. Not vacuumed. No tables set at breakfast. You have to beClear the table yourself. It felt like Mac Donald's. THE breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was walking around in sweatpants. We definitely won't be coming back

The hotel is dirty, the rooms stink to a level that we had to change two rooms, was suprised the next day that my booking is canceled so i had to go to the reception and pay to gain access to the room, if u think that the name hilyon is sufficient enough to book here dont this is the worst hilton you will ever be

The hotel is clean, very modern and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good, the rooms are nice. The point of view is okay, the bus runs directly from the hotel to the city every 15 minutes. The bar is open very late.

Not suitable for a longer stay. Room without closet, no room cleaning during the stay. Bathroom only superficially cleaned. Hair visible on the floor, indefinable stains on the walls.The cleaning staff speaks neither German nor English. You don't understand anything in response.The staff at the reception is unqualified + speaks little or bad German. Here you are only processed when checking in and out without any empathy. You receive the Bodenseecard West, but exact information on how far you can use it cannot be given.At breakfast you feel like you're in a canteen. Uncomfortable, there aren't enough seats for the big hotel. There are two TVs with ntv. OK if you like watching the TV in the morning with the latest world events.Simple buffet-style breakfast offering with trays and clearing carts.The staff has no overview when refilling. No German communication possible here either. English only limited, otherwise like the cleaning staff.There is definitely no holiday feeling here. The hotel is located outside in an industrial area on a main road, with a good bus connection. You can walk to the old town along the Seerhein in about 30 minutes.Our booking was made through Ameropa, so we no longer had to make any payments on site. However, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Be careful, do not book this hotel! Nobody feels responsible for helping, and then only English is spoken! I would understand that abroad, but not in Germany! Nobody, absolutely nobody, could help me. Room was dirty and dirty, big black spiders on the walls. The toilet was so disgusting, the traces of the previous one could still be seen. I left and am now getting the money back through legal protection!

If I'm going to rate as an undemanding traveler, the Hampton by Hilton hotel is perfect for a few nights. The room is sufficient, clean, there is a bed with a comfortable mattress, there is a kettle or a fridge. It's not far from the center and you get free public transport tickets at the reception, which is great. The bus stop is right across the street. In general, public transport in Kostnice is fine, clean, reliable, more environmentally friendly than a car and you don't have to worry about parking. Plus, the hotel is also reasonably priced compared to other options in Constance. The staff is also generally pleasant and professional. But if I wanted to poke around (and after all, the connection of the name with Hilton automatically leads to the expectation of something great), I have to point out a few shortcomings - at first glance, the window in the room could be cleaner. The walls are quite soundproof, so we did not hear the other guests, unfortunately this does not apply to the door to the room, which lets almost everything sound from the corridor. We had a room right next to the elevator, so we could clearly hear the sounds of it as well as the opening and closing of doors from other rooms. Another thing is the ventilation in the bathroom that can't be turned off - we didn't mind it, but I can imagine it might bother some. Breakfast was a slight disappointment for me - at first glance, everything is enough, however, almost all the pastries taste kind of bland, the scrambled eggs here are quite average and I missed a lot of fresh fruit. Overall summary: not perfect, but not bad either. Despite some shortcomings, we were satisfied. I can definitely recommend the hotel to people who plan to stay for a few nights, or who like to choose cheaper accommodation and treat themselves to a good dinner or experiences for the money saved.

A good location with a bus right in front of the door. Free with hotel guest card. Parking in garage next to hotel. Breakfast is good. Room good, unfortunately no closet space for clothes or to put your suitcase. Fortunately, there is a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee.
