Miramare-Kühlungsborn holiday apartment (#21 / side) for up to 3 people.Apartment:The location right on the busy road with a beach promenade behind it and a pedestrian/bicycle path in between. The view of the sea is almost blocked by the high trees. The Baltic Sea can only be seen through the access path to the sea.The apartment itself is very spacious, tastefully and high quality furnished.Small kitchen with everything you need.- Hob, oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toasterEquipped with lavish crockery and cooking utensils.Large LED TV, music system2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a sofa bed. Mattresses take some getting used to. There is enough storage space. The large terrace is also comfortable for lingering and relaxing with Meranti wooden flooring, 4 chairs, a table, sun lounger and parasol. The building has a small outbuilding where the garbage cans and bicycle parking are located. The door is usually closed and can be opened with the apartment key. Sometimes it can be quite tight and you have to juggle a bit to get your bike out of there. The building is cleaned regularly and the hedges around the house are also trimmed regularly. You can park your vehicle in the underground car park as long as it does not exceed a height of 1.55 m, as then you cannot use the duplex system. Alternatively: Free parking space in Grüner Weg, but 1.4 km away. The road is also often used by prollos who have to show what a great vehicle they have. This is reflected in the fact that you let the motorcycle howl or give the car a gas blast for the exhaust system. If there weren't road bumpers installed every 100 m... oh dear.Surroundings: Otherwise many shops and restaurants of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. There is even a Ferris wheel near the beach. The beach itself is very clean (great, fine sand) and the algae near the water are removed every few days and the sandy beach is cleaned with tractors. Then everything looks nice again. On sunny days the beach is of course overcrowded, especially with families with small children and their huge train wagons that transport everything possible, including tents and vestibules, so that you can stake your claim. Of course, there are also beach chairs, and advance reservation is recommended. The fun costs just €15.00 a day.Restaurants:If you want to go out to eat, there are a variety of restaurants available, you can easily lose track.Spanish, Italian, Cypriot, Chinese, German cuisine...However, they all have one thing in common, high prices. There's really nothing you can do for less than €30.00 for a main course per person including a drink.Sights/Attractions:Among other things, Ferris wheel for €7.00 per ride, ev/cath. Church, former GDR observation tower with a small museum for €2.00 each, beautiful harbor facility.Shopping: fashion stores, of course lots of souvenir shops, supermarkets Lidl, Netto, REWE. Small bakeries where you can buy fresh bread rolls in the morning if you haven't booked breakfast. There is also a gas station. Not to forget the fish stand with delicious fish rolls, e.g. Bismark for €4.50 or fried fish with Remo for €4.90, crab rolls for €6.00. Directly opposite is the ice cream parlor with the best ice cream in Kühlungsborn, they say. A bike rental right next to the Miramare for normal bikes but also e-bikes.Prices around €20-30 per day depending on the bike.Sports activities:Beach volleyball, Viking mini golf (something different!) Tennis, football, speed boat, climbing forest, lots of beautiful bike paths to explore the area, Molli nostalgia train to Bad Doberan and much more.
