We were more than satisfied. We each had two double rooms and both were nice, clean and equipped with everything you needed. Our dog was also welcome. 300m to the beach and the beautifully quiet location made our stay a really nice break.The breakfast was completely sufficient and very tasty. The homemade jams are highly recommended.The staff was always friendly, especially the cleaning lady who was there on the weekend.There were also gluten-free rolls for my daughter. (A little tip to the hotel, please deal with the topic of gluten-free again. The roll was cut open with the same knife and on the board where the gluten-containing bread was. Unfortunately, this is not possible because it is so contaminated)We would love to come back

Booked at very short notice. We are very positively surprised, everything went well. The room, the price, the service, everything. The location certainly played a role too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the imperial baths.

The ice cream parlor is a disaster! Totally unfriendly if you want to have a seat with children. Takes a long time! The lady with the strong European dialect was really underground.Are here for rehab. Were already there yesterday and were already complained about. Today we wanted to sit there and enjoy an ice cream cafe and some ice cream! This became a ball to go...We didn't try twice anymore!! Not recommended. I can't rate what the hotel is like. A really big minus that people treat you so dismissively!!

We are here for the 3rd time in a row and it always feels like arriving at home. Loving, attentive team, great breakfast, beautiful rooms and the homemade jam is awesome.The lunch menu is really sufficient and always very tasty. Hotel with good breakfast and staff very nice!! I can only recommend it!! . But in the evening you really have to look at what you are doing in kölpinsee. There isn't much in the evening. The Nixe the cellar restaurant is closed on Tuesdays but is otherwise always worth a visit. Super nice staff and super delicious freshly cooked food, you can even watch it being prepared from your seat. Great!!!

We were totally satisfied 👍🏼 Rooms were cleaned regularly, everything was always neat and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and nothing was missing, homemade jam😋was very tasty. It's not far to the beach.Staff was always nice and friendly

We were guests here for the second time. Very friendly and helpful. Super Service. Rooms very nice. Breakfast rich and tasty. Nothing was left to be desired.Unfortunately no catering possible in the evenings. That was very unfortunate. We'd love to come back.

We were now in KÖLPINSEE for the 2nd TIME at the Hotel Karl's Burg and also hadthe same apartment as the first time. It was great again. The staff is super friendly and also fulfills special requests. the breakfast buffet was very good.The rooms are very clean and all in all the price-performance ratio is right. If everything goes well and we are reasonably fit, we will come back in the fall. Highly recommendedBirgit Ehrlich

My wife and I spent a week there. With one small exception, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The lady at the reception was also so kind and gave us a good tip on where to park our vehicle for free. We were also immediately provided with the necessary guest cards. There was also a lot of information material at the reception.The price-performance ratio was very good and the path to the beach was only about 300 meters.The route to Schwinnemünde (Poland) is 20 KM. There is a good shopping opportunity right behind the border.We can only recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

Hello, good day, I've been there twice now. All I can say is I'd love to go back. But what's a shame is that the hotel can't do anything about it as there isn't even a supermarket. Maybe as a suggestion there is one or two vending machines with a few things in the hotel or outside But as always it was great with you until October a.erdmann

We had a few guests staying here for our wedding on Usedom. Everything worked out great, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, tidy and a good size. Good location, the beach can be reached quickly.

We would like to thank the team at Karl’s Burg for the attentive service during our three-day stay. Our room was very spacious, with an extra living room area and a nice balcony. The furnishings are very tasteful and don't miss anything. Even a small refrigerator, more spacious than a minibar, allows you to cool various drinks or snacks. We started the day with a balanced breakfast...fresh bread, fruit and scrambled eggs were always replenished by the attentive team. The hotel is in a quiet location, only about 300 m from the beach.We slept very well, mattresses were perfect for us, neither saggy nor too hard. We're looking forward to the next time... even with a spa area starting in the fall.

We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend with our dog and many friends. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very nicely decorated. Our room was spacious with a small kitchen cupboard and balcony. The beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was varied and very tasty and the staff was always friendly and very helpful. The in-house café invites you to enjoy ice cream and cake during the day and it's not far to walk to the beach. We'd love to come back.
