I really wanted to love this resort. The pool is gorgeous and the staff is amazing. The location is in a good proximity to Ubud central. It’s a little hard to find when using navigation.The accommodations are gorgeous. However where they fall short is the cleanliness. My sheets were dirty when I arrived and the towels in the bathroom were dingy.This place has a bug problem particularly an ant infection. Any food I had in the room ants would swarm. While the breakfast included was a beautiful spread, the dirty utensils were a huge turn off. For such a beautiful place with luxurious suites it is terrible that these major things made me feel uncomfortable to where I was happy my stay was only 2 days.

It is a hotel we went to for our honeymoon on 01.06.2022. The rooms are big and spacious. A hotel in the forest. The front of the hotel is a street, the back is a bottomless forest. Breakfasts are satisfying. All the employees are friendly. It is close to the center but not accessible by walking. We rented a car with a driver for $30. In general, everything is suitable. Be sure to visit the TAMAN DEDARI/Ubud restaurant close to there.

It is bittersweet, calm and relaxing, and the atmosphere is clean. The place is not good for children. Its sweetness is in its calmnessThe rooms are clean and it is far from the crowds of the Bali coast❤️

I have to admit that it is extraordinary feeling when you wake up ,go to your terrace and find yourself in the jungle surrounded by nature. It is a bit outside of Ubud but still close and super easy to go anywhere. The staff is very nice ,helpful. Special thanks to Etik, who made our stay unforgettable.Sure one day this hotel was modern and visible good quality furniture, bath etc. was choosen. Seems time flew and no maintenance was done. Visible not enough people working in the hotel to maintain quality standards. All towels were with stain, there were holes on them, same on the bed linen. There are no mattresses on the chairs next to the pool like on the pictures. Since one person is doing everything breakfast is very slow and after 2 days we decided to go somewhere with less hassle. If more people worked and there were some renovations this hotel would be as good as looks on the old pictures. If we could we would have chosen another place especially because this is not something you expect during your honeymoon.

It is a beautiful hotel 5/10 minutes from the center of Ubud by scooter; Very friendly staff; Fairly large swimming pool compared to other hotels in Ubud. Regarding the negative points/to be improved: The breakfast is ok but it is light; We also feel that the staff does the minimum even though they are very friendly. I had to wait a long time for breakfast, for example on several occasions for a hotel which must have only around ten rooms, I did not have wifi in my room I restarted them several times throughout my stay. week after which they said they would do what was necessary but I always had to follow up with them as with all my requests after which nothing happened. Having seen the previous reviews, I realized that some rooms should not have access to wifi, something they do not specify. Finally, the rooms are good and large but deserve to be renovated

A beautiful place to arrive and relax! Everything was very clean, the staff tried very hard to fulfill our every wish and everyone was always friendly and in a good mood!We would recommend Manah Shanti to anyone traveling to Ubud and wanting to be a little away from the hustle and bustle! (Nevertheless, you can quickly find yourself in the hustle and bustle if you want it ;) )

Excellent location. You feel that you live in the middle of the jungle, very calm and relaxing, yet this hotel is very close to Ubud centre (7 min by bike, something around 2km). Food delivery is available at this location. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Cleaning is every day. However, the rooms quality is not at its best. Towels are grey and used to be white, some of the bed linen and towels have holes. You might feel a slight unpleasant smell time after time because of the high humidity level in Ubud. Overall, a great value for the price

My plan was to stay at Manah Shanti for 2 weeks but the service room location and cleaning was outstanding • with beautiful jungle and waterfall • I stayed for many more weeks • I recommend it!

Much like the other reviews, I want to start by saying that all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and communal seating areas are also very pretty and the place is surrounded by nature giving an amazing view from the room. Located outside of the busy central Ubud but not too far. However, there is a major problem which made our stay so unpleasant we had to leave after one night (despite planning for 4). That is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a significant mould problem and a nasty stench which became apparent after several hours of being there. The carpet and floors were dirty and the bedsheets stained. The bedding was also a bit damp and smelly. We were really uncomfortable and cut our stay short because of this. Again the staff were great but the place needs quite a bit of work.

Happy to be here for our family vacation.The room is really comfortable, clean, and the bed in a perfect size with a lot of pillow so we can protect the baby/toddler if you stay with them.The view is really good in the back room! Feel like so happy with the nature and the sounds of the water flow.The pool is nice! Love it! We can swim with our baby.The food is nice. Really like nasi gorengnya.The staff is friendly and very helpful.A good place to stay and enjoy with your loves one!
