Very nice and cozy hotel. Nice and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfasts and fresh and top-shelf products. Many dishes prepared by the owners themselves. A large selection, so there is no way the food would be boring and repetitive. The room and the entire facility were clean. Very good location. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach in the shade. Proximity to shops and restaurants. Free parking in the yard. Villa Sunny Rose Bed & Breakfast is 150% recommendable.

After much research and price comparisons, we decided on this accommodation.The location is very good, relatively central and only five minutes from the Świnoujście Centrum train station (Swinoujscie Centre), which can be reached with German tickets.It's only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.The city center and the harbor area are also easily accessible on foot.The operators are loving people and part of a sweet little family.We felt very comfortable here.Requests and problems are responded to very lovingly and promptly.The rooms are cleaned regularly. The walls are relatively thin, but that didn't bother us significantly. What matters here is whether the neighbors are ninjas or elephants. 🤣The breakfast is rich and partly homemade.You can eat very tasty and healthy food here.She speaks English very well, but he only speaks Polish.You get along with both of them wonderfully intuitively.If we want to come to Świnoujście again, we can save ourselves the trouble of researching.In any case, we give it full marks. Absolute recommendation.We wish this great family all the happiness in the world. ❤️

Very nice and friendly hosts, room, parking space, buffet breakfast, what more do you need on holiday? And most importantly, full acceptance of dogs. We will definitely go back there again

I haven't been to such a wonderful place before. I understand, you can take care of people, but to please them so much is a shock. The breakfast is like in Versailles: your own bread, cakes and your own meats😊 everything your heart desires. The rooms are clean, well-kept and fragrant. Close to everywhere. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Taking care of the smallest detail. It was 100% worth it

A beautiful old building that is preserved in its original condition. The owners were very helpful and nice. Breakfasts are worth their weight in gold. Delicious breakfasts consisting of many dishes. Quite close to the sea, only 1 km. I recommend to everyone. Of course it is child-friendly.

A beautiful atmospheric place, in the city center, 10 minutes to the beach, market square, gallery, train station, playground. Various grocery stores and restaurants close by. Charming guesthouse, large, refreshed rooms. There is a parking lot around. Varied breakfast, fresh bread and rolls baked by the owner every morning. Homemade cake and desserts. Wonderful people create this wonderful guesthouse and the atmosphere that guests receive. Nice, friendly, empathetic and helpful owners. It's very nice to relax in such a place. If I come back to Świnoujście, I will definitely stay here. I recommend this place to everyone.

The guesthouse is a 15-minute walk from the beach or the city center and is well located between parks and shopping or dining options.Our room was beautifully renovated, very clean and perfectly fulfilled our wishes for a weekend beach trip.There was a rich, nourishing breakfast with a large selection of relaxing teas, baked goods, sausages, fruit, vegetables and more. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked sourdough wholemeal bread at home :DThe hosts are very friendly and accommodating, so we would be happy to come back. Everything was perfect!We were welcomed like friends.The hosts are very friendly and helpful.In the morning we had a fantastic breakfast with homemade bread and other fresh dishes.It was tasty and the cappuccino was great as well.The room was clean and big enough for us 2,the car was parked in a closed backyard.Also the location is very good.Within 10 minutes you can be at the beachor in the city centre/harbor.We had a great stay and will come again for sure 😀Thank you again and best regardsfrom bavaria!
