A down-to-earth hotel. Well suited as a starting point for trips to the heath and Lüneburg. Our room was spacious and equipped to standard. There are enough parking spaces directly at the hotel. The hotel is located at a crossroads, there was little traffic there on the weekend. The staff is helpful and friendly. Many objects from the past are on display in the guest room, giving the feeling of grandma's living room. In half board, in addition to soup and dessert, you can choose from two dishes, well-made home-style cuisine. Breakfast is plentiful with sausage, cheese, boiled eggs, jam, yogurt and muesli.

We were greeted politely by the boss. The boss was a rude fellow. There was no welcome drink.  …

Noisy right on the main street, windows couldn't be opened because of traffic. |Price/performance largely okay.|Very narrow shower. Room was clean but left standing in time. …

Food could be much better close the time by selling drinking beer and soft drinks until 8pm the view is so good as you are on holiday and can't sit and enjoy something to drink in the evening could use some garden chairs you could sit new it good weather

The hotel is getting old. The free parking spaces and storage space for bicycles are good. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and comfortable, but very warm (flat roof). The food in the form of half board was of very good quality. All in all, value for money is good. We would come back any time.

Breakfast can still be improved. A kind of roll and the bread partly dry. Rolls also tasted like they were baked. A little more fruit.Dinner was okay, except for roast beef that always takes a little longer. Salads would be good too. Desserts such as lemon cream or pineapple cream were the same or, in other words, without any taste. Thuringian bratwurst tastes different than normal bratwurst. the potatoes were great. Heather potatoes of course.Staff nice and friendly. Boss moody.Considering that it is only the one hotel in Neetze, you can expect a little more.I would like to come back to the Lüneburg Heath but not there. I can't recommend it.
