Nice hotel with a sea view. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge, but no air conditioning. As for WiFi, I didn't check it because I didn't need it. The hotel surroundings are quiet. You can leave your bikes both inside. I recommend.

It's good for a simple overnight stay, but it's not made for longer stays. No fridge in the rooms. Poor Wi-Fi reception in the room or on the terrace, no cleaning utensils if you spill something.. I also think setting breakfast at 11 euros is too much for what is on offer.. The green areas are not really maintained (completely overgrown) and not enough parking spaces although a parking space is provided in the booking for a fee etc...

The staff is nice and accommodating, but unfortunately the rooms are really not recommended. There is no WiFi available in the upper rooms, it is not even displayed because the signal does not reach high levels. The staff's reasoning was that it depends on the weather whether internet is available here or not. However, Wi-Fi was always constantly available downstairs in the entrance area, so that seemed to be a lazy excuse about the weather. If you're trying to work on something on your PC or stay in touch with the outside world, you can sit down on the stairs in the simple area for internal reception. Otherwise, you can't expect much. A bed, a mini TV that only has 10 channels (ARD, ZDF etc), a closet and a chair, that's it. Not enough parking spaces and the rooms are pretty run down. Wallpaper that is peeling off, dirty silicone on the sanitary facilities, etc.

Above all, the view of the lagoon was excellent. Accommodation was good for the price, clean and tidy. The breakfast route was a good way to get some energy early in the morning (approx. 5 minutes). We would like to come back. Recommended!

Functional, large rooms with a small balcony and some with a view of the lagoon. The reception outside opening hours was uncomplicated. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. We were missing a hairdryer, the shower head was broken and only a very hard jet was possible. We had breakfast in the main building, a five-minute walk directly from the harbor. It was a simple but varied buffet. A parking space was also available. It was completely ok for an overnight stay and the price was reasonable

So I think the price-performance ratio is extremely good. In Breege you are right on the bay and in 15 minutes you can also be on the beach (less than 5 minutes by car). The rooms are clean and with a balcony. …

Sauna and lake view - we had been looking forward to this for weeks on our Christmas weekend at Haus Weida. Unfortunately the sauna was broken and the room with a lake view became a basement facing the street. …

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. Dog hair from the previous owner in the carpet and stains/holes in the carpeting. Cobwebs on the ceiling upon arrival and unfortunately were not removed on the 3rd DAY.Rooms are not cleaned on weekends either. WLAN not possible despite the password, a shame.We ate breakfast in the main house, that was compensation. There was something for everyone.We definitely won't come back.Parking was only possible in the large parking lot on the outskirts, unfortunately there were no parking spaces at the house.Parking per day/24 hours for 4 euros in the large sandy parking lot.

The view from our room was nice and check-in was easy. The room itself was a bit dated and basic, which would be absolutely fine if it were clean. Unfortunately that wasn't the case in our case. There are cobwebs everywhere, the floor wasn't vacuumed and unfortunately we could find one or two hairs from the previous residents in the bathroom and on the bed. Unfortunately not recommended if you value cleanliness.
